This is the game I feared the most on our schedule. That was the start of the season and things have changed.

Thus why you can never look at a schedule of any team at the beginning of the season and

have any real idea how it might play out.

Yea its crazy how things change..

Its hard to look at the schedule and be like. W…L. W..W. Everything changes. One injury. Can result in a team being SB contenders to holding the basement down in their respected division. We got Minn at the right time. And I think we’re getting GB at the right time. Wish the vikings coulda beat the Jets just to give us some type of schedule advantage.

oh please

Favre played like absolute garbage the whole game against the Fins and threw about 5 picks. Favre finally found his groove again in the second half on that beautiful throw to Randy and looked like he finally turned the corner. Game ending pick or no, he played great in that second half and I think he’ll be back to playing well after this game.

It’s disingenuous to say that “had Favre played like he can…” because had Favre not played like a damn fool against the Phins they’d be 1-3 right now. and don’t even suggest it had everything to do with the D b/c that was Jason Allen on the receiving end of two of those.

you got favre during his second pre-season game with no downfield threat so i don’t want to hear any whining about that

We better win this game

We must win this game or else we risk falling way behind any chance of winning the division. With Rodgers and Matthews out, this is a very winnable game. Sparano better have the players pumped up and ready to play…and all these dumb mistakes we’ve seen the past 2 games (especially on Special Teams) better be cleaned up…or else many are going to start questioning Sparanos coaching ability.

Yes, this is the BEST time to play the Packers! TONS of INJURIES!

I’ll take it any day of the week…i don’t need the pleasure of saying we played them at their best or whatever.. injuries are a part of the game and they have lots! and Aaron is out being the biggest.. we have no excuses to lose this game.. we “should” be able to handily win this game…but will we?…
