I saw a post here where someone discussed deferring possession of the ball - when WIN the toss.

I think this is TERRIBLE !   Look what happened last week... Jets took the ball marched down and scored a TD - the dolphins played catchup the rest of the day... and we lost.  If we give up a TD on the first drive, then we have already put ourselves in a hole, and this team does not come from behind that well.

Look - a GOOD football team takes the ball - punches you in the mouth and scores.... sending the message THIS IS OUR HOUSE...  and you're in for a long day today !  On the road, its an even bigger statement.  our offense has been slow to start most games under this FO & coach - so why do this ?

Why not be agressive and TAKE CONTROL of the game right away... Our defense is not dominating enough to be doing this... maybe one day - but not now...and NEVER give players like MANNING & BRADY the ball first - never..

That's my thinking - your opinions ???
