Players that MUST go.

Hi everyone, this is my third and final post of my 3-post-mini-series. (players that we must keep, players with much trade value, and players that have got to go.).

In case you forgot to read the title, this post is about players that should not be wearing a Dolphins uniform next year.

I was trying to think of a way that I could make this post similar to my other two, by putting a few sentences of a certain player, then putting a number that either represented either their trade value, or their "necessity rating". For this post, I will, at the end of each description, be adding a "How badly we need him out of Miami (Abbreviation: HBWNHOOM)" rating, instead.

As usual, if you don't much time, you can just skip the description and read the "HBWNHOOM" rating at the end.

For this post, we don't really have a player that we must get rid of per position, so I will just name them, but not by position.

Pat White: Many people on this site have mentioned how terrible Pat White has been, and how much of a waste of a 2nd round pick he was. Although he has disappointed many of us, and he has been a bust (at least for a 2nd rounder), I'm still not ready to give up on him yet. I think we should give him one more year or so to "develop". HBWNHOOM: 5.

Patrick Turner: He has been another disappointment to all of us this year. A lot of us thought, he, with that huge frame, and those big hands could be out future #1 guy. Unfortunately, he struggles getting off the line on press coverage, and has not shown us what we would have liked to see from him. I, like with Pat White, am unwilling to give up on him yet, but with all the WRs that we have, he is gonna have to pick it up this offseason if he wants to make that 53-man roster. HBWNHOOM: 5.

Anthony Fasano: As we all know, he had struggled in the beginning of the season by dropping passes and fumbling. He began to pick it up, though, late in the season, even though he never really played like an all-pro caliber TE, he is still playing well enough to maybe either back up a possible new TE that we will be getting this offseason, or he is still a starting-worthy TE for us, given all the other holes we need to fill on this team. HBWNHOOM: 4.

Ted Ginn: I don't think I need to explain the problems that we have had with Ted Ginn. HBWNHOOM: 6-7.

Gibril Wilson: I don't know who has been a sloppier player for us, Wilson or Teddy. What I do know is that Gibril is more of a hinderance to this team, missing tackles, getting beat, dropping easy picks, etc. HBWNHOOM: 8.

Joey Porter: He has seemed to be an off the field problem already for us this offseason, and I don't think his on the field production is enough to compensate for his issues outside of football. HBWNHOOM: 7.

Jason Taylor: I think he still has a year or so left. HBWNHOOM: 4.

And thats it for this mini series. What did you guys think?
