Thigpen reaction to trade article

Hey guys,

First post here. Cards fan and I live in Coastal Carolina country, so I've been a Tyler Thigpen fan for a long time. Happy to see him traded to a team that respects his abilities and skill set and use them to its fullest. Hope he gets some playing time this season to see what he can do for this team. Not wishing anything bad to Henne or White of course.

Tyler gets a lot of coverage in the local newspaper thanks to his Coastal Carolina ties. Here's an article from our local paper The SunNews about him which has some reaction from him and his agent about the trade: (apologies if this has been posted already)

Im not sold on TT but I am sure he is a better option then Shrimp Patty and if Henne does crack then at lease TT has a season (almost) under his belt.

Thigpen

will be third string / inactive game day. they need to get other players on the field Wake for one our pass rush is horrible….
I dont think White sucks bad as everyone is making him out to be, He threw what 1 or 2 passes all season. they were going to use him against the Chargers before chad was injured. “inside info” local media. we didnt waste a high 2nd rd pick not to try the guy out. hopefully everything works out and henne does great and white runs the wild Pat like they hoped when he was drafted. Im not sold on the hype of thigpen people on this site are making him out to be, he will be an extra qb “in case shit happens” thats all nothing more BOTTOM LINE!!!!!!
