Way to early to make a conclusive decision about this, but here's a hypothetical thought:
Matt Ryan is paid all that #1 QB money and is under siege, fighting for mediocre stats game after game, and everybody is calling him a bust. No Wildcat with Matt Ryan at QB. Same ineffective running game. Maybe the Fins try a Patriot-spread offense?
Michael Turner on the Falcons with Jake Long blocking is running for 200 yards a game and Henne/Pennington is an efficient game-managing QB throwing to Roddy White and now Tony Gonzalez and making the occasional big play.
Falcons rebuild to a playoff team.
Dolphins have an expensive QB and improve on 1-15, but are still painfully rebuilding...
dolphins still get the short end of the stick.
Food for thought?
