It turned out that when the replay on Tuesday afternoon was cut off for Farve-a-polooza, it was right before Sean Smith took that interception and Henne threw the TD pass to Wilford. So I don't have to repeat that I was impressed with Henne and very impressed with Smith. So this is mostly about the play of Pat White and the third stringers, mostly rookies.
Observation #1: I can't wait to see Pat White in the future. He may not be a great QB but he is interesting to watch.
Observation #3: While these players were mostly guys who will likely NOT make the final 53, some of them possibly deserve to at least make the practice squad. In other words, this team is more talented than I thought they were. Some that I hope will be kept somehow are Lex Hilliard, Courtney Bryan, Chris Clemons, JD Folsom, and Ernest Wilford...but don't ask me where or how all these guys can be kept! If they do go onto the practice squad, some of them will get picked off through waivers. And Chris Williams, as well.
Observation #4: I wouldn't be surprised if the next to go were Kimble (fairlure to catch pass led to interception of White) and Armstrong (did he even do anything besides not catch a pass?)...I cant' remember some of the others but several didn't look like they contributed.
