Sean Smith & Patrick Turner

I'm a follower of Jeff Darlington on Twitter... and take it for that it's worth guy.s & girls  He had this to say about the two:

- He Heard that the staff privatley thinks Sean Smith is "head and shoulders" above Vontae Davis right now. and that's not a knock on Vonate.

- That he's hearing that the team isn't as excited about WR Patrick Turner as the media is. They like him -- just not as sold as the rest of us.

Can't wait to see tese guys in action.... never been so excited for Monday to arrive.

Sean Smith is going to be a stud.

Yeah, it takes a little longer for wide receivers, but I think he'll contribute here and there a little...

Turner's impact will be felt in the red zone... mark it down

Sean Smith is 6-4 and Vontae is 5-11
- He Heard that the staff privatley thinks Sean Smith is “head and shoulders” above Vontae Davis right now. and that’s not a knock on Vontae.

Maybe they’re just talking about literal stature
Good news though.
Hope Sean Smith just keeps on improving…He’s still raw but seems to learn quickly. It would be nice to have a 6-4 shutdown corner.

Abandoned the Draft Sean Smith at #25 Bandwagon to Join the Draft Sean Smith at #61 Bandwagon and get Vontae Davis and Chris Clemons. Trio > me.

Turner didn't suck...

Yes he had a drop but that was more due to the rain than anything imo… It was pouring pretty hard in the 2nd quarter

Smith looked good tonight.. He wasn’t thrown on all night and when he was he got a pick. that is some respect the Jags just gave a rookie.

Vontae is kinda a bonehead… hope the trifecta can iron him out

FILE - In this Sept. 4, 2009 file photo, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Shaun Hill aims a pass downfield against the San Diego Chargers during the first quarter of an NFL preseason football game in San Diego. Hill earned the starting job for the 2009 season by beating out Alex Smith, who missed last season after re-injuring his surgically repaired throwing shoulder. Head coach Mike Singletary largely chose Hill based on his play down the stretch last year: he went 5-3 over the final eight games and he also owns a 5-0 record at home in Candlestick Park.
