Steve Mcnair, some updates

I would be suprised if i was the first one to hear this.  All that has been put out is that Steve Mcnair was found with a fatal gunshot wound to the head, along with a female counterpart, in downtown nashville.   It seems like the investigaters have yet to figure out if this was a murder, or murder suicide.   As we all know Steve was the former QB for the Ravens,  and Titans Who he took to the super bowl against the Rams.   He was 36 years old.   There has not been any other information released at this time, however im sure it will come flooding in soon.  R.I.P.  Steve Mcnair.  This is a very sad day for the football community.  My prayers will be with his family

The Nashville police have said they are not actively pursuing any suspects in this case,  indicating that this is mostly likely a murder suicide.   The woman found dead along with Steve was a 20 year old waitress from the local dave and busters.   He had multiple GSW (gunshot wounds) to the body and one to the head.  She had one GSW to the head.   A pistol was discovered closest to the young woman.  This was not the first time that her and .Mcnair were seen together.  There was another time when she was pulled over for dui, with Mcnair in the car.  She was arrested and Mcnair was allowed to call a cab and leave for home.   Autopsies are scheduled for tomorrow.   Mcnair was married with children so it will be interesting to see just what his relationship was to this young woman.

I saw this a bit ago, too.

What is this world coming to? Everybody that’s ever been in the news is dying right now.

God Bless his friends, family and everyone that looked up to him. From all accounts, he was a stand-up guy and this is a complete shock that something like this would happen to him.

RIP Steve McNair – You were one of my favorite players to watch back in your prime – You will be missed.

Seeking inspiration to fill this space...

He was screwing the young woman. Period.

Something went terribly wrong. I doubt its much more than that.

In a case like this...

I wonder is the other woman had a jealous boyfriend that found out where they were, and shot them both in a fit of rage. I don’t want to speculate, but i’m sure they will find out.

Lattest word is that he was shot multiple times...

… and the woman once in the head. Gun was found underneath the woman. It is being treated as a homicide by the police.

It will be interesting to see where this goes… but probably not surprising.

I just reead on ESPN bottomline

that the girlfriend bought the gun a couple of days before the killings took place. He was shot multiple times, and she was shot once fatally in the head. That screams murder-suicide. She probably shot him dead, and then killed herself. If that is the case, what a bitch!!!
