LandShark Stadium "My home away from home"

Thanks to Matty, I was presented with an opportunity to write a short article for "The National" - a newspaper overseas. I was asked to explain how LandShark stadium is a "home away from home". Since Matty has only been there a handfull of times - he trusted me with the piece. I'd like to thank him again for thinking of me - it was really a pleasure to write. I'm not a "Floridian" - but I have lived here since I was 4 (1983ish). Hope you enjoy it - it came from the heart.

It was REALLY easy to write…it was like the article was written already in my mind….just waiting for someone to ask me for it lol.

its all true….thats exactly what the place means to me…so mant times ive been there since i was a kid…so many crazy special moments…including Marlins games and Orange Bowls.

thats kinda why i feel for hardcore Orange Bowl lovers….i was too young to see the Phins whoop it up there…but older guys feel this way about that place…the day they tear down Jor Robbie….i will def shed a tear.

My feelings exactly

whenever i see/go to the stadium…always think of the best times when i go there, such as Dolphins playoff games, Orange Bowl game, and the Marlins WS runs…oh and it doesnt hurt that i live 15 min away lol…magical place
