2. eagles – grew up with an eagles fan and even though i wanted them to lose (just so my bro = owned lol) they were always exciting to watch.

6. giants – despite growing up with them around them and resenting it. I’ve seen way to many giants games not to like em a little
7. broncos – always a fan of terrell davis. used to wear his jerseys for practice at pop warner. fun team
9 falcons – big fan of vick. i kinda wished we picked matt ryan. you didnt notice i skipped 8. hehe.
10. jaguars – tiquan tiquan and more tiquan.

28. raiders- they suck. they really do. and its annoying how stupid they are
29. seahawks – have you seen mike teel play?…god i hate him
30. bills – division, fatties, and i just Do not Like them

So I ranked them into Tiers.

1st Tier: LOVE – Dolphins
SHOCKING!

2nd Tier: Teams I Like/Root For – Steelers, Titans, Packers, Bears, Giants, Chargers, Saints, Rams, Colts, Eagles, Cardinals.
PIT is just a great franchise, hard to dislike unless they’re a rival. Same with Green Bay. I’m a fan of the Manning brothers, LT/Merriman, and Hester. TEN has Chris Johnson, one of my favorite players. NO and AZ have exciting offenses, and Philly has a fun defense to watch. And a friend of mine is a Rams fan, so I root for them sometimes lol.

3rd Tier: Teams I Don’t Care About – Redskins, Ravens, Bengals, Browns, Lions, Vikings, Jaguars, Falcons, Panthers, Bucs, Cheifs, Raiders, 49ers, Seahawks.
Just really don’t care lol. Used to like the Ravens, but their fans ruined that, and I just like Reed and Lewis anyway. The Redskins have a lot of former Canes, but Dan Snyder is a douche. The Raiders are too dumb to hate lol.

4th Tier: Teams I Dislike/Root Against – Cowboys, Texans, Broncos
Very easy to dislike the Cowboys, the Broncos are a joke, and the Texans are the only team Miami hasn’t beaten yet.. bastards. I wish 0-16 on all these teams, unless of course they’re playing teams in Tier 5.

5th Tier: HATE – Patriots, Jets, Bills
Simple.

as well as any team who beats NE, NYJ, and Buf

the jets should be # 32 on the list of all true dolphins fans.

Favorite Team: Dolphins, obviously. Born in Florida, and have been a fan since my early childhood.

Teams I Like– Panthers, Colts, Steelers, Eagles, Titans, Falcons, Saints, and Chiefs.
The 2003 Panthers made me believe in the little guy who could, the Steelers have always been a great franchise with such loyalty, I lived in Tennessee during the trip to the Super Bowl against the Rams (the best ending to a Super Bowl ever), the Falcons since Vick have become a very quiet, but talented team that plays hard and the same goes for the Saints, the Chiefs are very reminiscent of the Phins from last year (and I love me some Tyler Thigpen), Peyton Manning is the coolest football player ever (and I used to hate the guy when he went to UT), and the Eagles often have my favorite players, like Asante Samuel and Donovan McNabb.

Teams I Don’t Care About or Have Strong Feelings for – Texans, Broncos, Redskins, Giants, Bears, Packers, Browns, Lions, Vikings, Jaguars, Buccaneers, Cardinals, Raiders, 49ers, Rams, Seahawks, Bills.
Just don’t really care about any of these teams, other than some of their players.

Teams I Dislike/Root Against – Cowboys, Bengals, Chargers, Jets
I hate Tony Romo, the Bengals always sign the most despicable players in character, the Chargers are just annoying to the teams I like (the Colts hate playing them), and the Jets have been increasingly annoying in recent years (Rex Ryan and Brett Favre come to mind).

Teams I Hate with a Diabolical Passion — Patriots and Ravens
I hate the love that surrounds Tom Brady, a very good QB who has been consistently surrounded by quality players (from Troy Brown to Randy Moss), yet always gets such sickening accolades. And the Ravens just infuriate me with their swagger that seems so undeserved, seeing as they won only one Super Bowl with it.

I hate the Bills Jets and Pats, I keep it simple

Teams I Like/Root For – Giants, Rams, Cowboys, Colts, Chargers, Seahawks, Ravens, Panthers, Falcons
I live in St. Louis, so I root for the home team. My fiance is a Cowboys fan, so I kinda have to root for them. =P I’ve always liked Hasselbeck, and think he doesn’t get enough credit. Plus Mike Holmgren was a classy guy. The Manning boys are just great to watch, as is the Ravens, Chargers, and Panthers. I don’t really know why I like the Falcons, but I usually root for them.

Teams I Don’t Care About – Chiefs, Browns, Bengals, Titans, Cardinals, 49ers, Packers, Saints, Eagles, Lions, Vikings, Redskins
I just don’t have anything for or against these guys.

Teams I Dislike/Root Against – Bills, Buccaneers, Bears, Broncos, Texans, Jaguars, Raiders
Being from St. Louis, I can’t bring myself to ever root for any Chicago team. The Bills are the only other team in our division that I don’t totally hate for some reason. The Texans just irritate me, probably because we haven’t beaten them. As for the Raiders, Al Davis = Zombie Scavenger, nuff said. The Bucs annoyed me ever since Martin Grammatica. That dude just pissed me off every time I saw him. The Jags and Broncos I just never really liked, no real explenation.

Teams I Loathe – Patriots, Jets, Steelers
Pretty obvious, except that I absolutely cannot stand the Steelers.

Because I was on the verge of being a Jets fan after they won Supe 3 (I’m from NY, and my brother is a Jets fan)…but (being female) Namath’s pantyhose BS rubbed me the wrong way, and then he got injured and the Jets started to suck again…The Bills? When they get good like the Kelly days I’ll hate ’em again…

I love: the Dolphins, of course. And, no other.

Like: the Giants (my late dad’s team, and plus they beat the Pats and kept them from going 19-0), Vikings (a team I rooted for in the 60s cos the Giants were terrible), Chargers, Texans (lived in Houston, and the Fins ‘ll beat ’em this year), Saints (because my hubby’s folks are from NO), Panthers (because I love those animals…we have mountain lions out here), Jaguars (same reason).

Teams I couldn’t care less about: most of ’em, except when they play Fins.

Teams I used to hate, but no longer: Steelers (during the years they competed with Fins for AFC champ game and their dynasty years…it shoulda been Fins, not Steelers!), and the Raiders (same reason, especially that “sea of hands” game)

Teams I root for in extraordinary circumstances: Jets and Bills (when they play Pats)

Teams I hate now: Pats (of course!), Cowboys (and I live in Texas! But with my dad a Giants fan…) Broncos (because I lost a bundle betting them once) and Ravens (but not as much as Pats, of course)

Now, if sexy Rexy lives up to his loud mouth, then my hatred of Pats will seem like a day at the beach compared to my hatred of Jets!

1. Miami Dolphins – Grew up in Miami, only minutes away from the Orange Bowl (RIP), raised a Fins Fan in the Marino-Era, never missed a game until I moved to Orlando and they only played Jax & Tampa Bay games, unless the Dolphin game didn’t conflict with the a fore mentioned teams’ games.

2. Jacksonville Jaguars – I like Jack Del Rio, I like the city of Jax (no open container laws FTW), and during the 07 season, they were who I used in Madden & mopped up with. (can you blame me? the Dolphins were ranked 67!)

3. New York Giants – Obviously for being the spoilers & keeping the undefeated legacy in South Florida, where it belongs. Also, they had Jeremy Shockey who was one of my favorite players from The U.

4. Oakland Raiders – I only root for them because my childhood best friend’s father is a die-hard Raiders fan (spanning back to the LA days), so we made a deal to root for each others teams as long as it didn’t hurt either of our teams.

5. New York Jets….haha… I almost got ya. Before last year I would’ve said the Baltimore Ravens, only because they have Ed Reed and Ray Lewis, and I love all former Canes players, butttt, I guess I’ll say the Detroit Lions because of two names. Barry. Sanders.

Live and Die with: Phins

Teams I root for when they are not playing the phins: Colts (live in Indiana), Steelers (great organization), Packers (because I am surrounded by Bears fans), Vikings (see Packers), Chargers (loved the Fouts era), 49ers (Montana was my favorite player at Notre Dame)

Teams I Loathe: Cowboys (arrogant pricks), Patriots (division rival to phins), Giants (hate everything New York), Raiders (everything wrong with football), Broncos (hated Elway because of comparisons to Marino)

Teams I wouldn’t piss on if they were on fire!: Bills (dominated phins in Marino years), Bears (live among the dumbest fans in the history of football), Jets (enough said)

All other teams are irrelevant.

2. Panthers – Steve Smith = my favorite player on a non-Dolphins roster
3. Colts – Peyton Manning cracks me up. Like, really cracks me up
4. Steelers – Just doin’ it the right way
5. Saints – Reggie Bush = fun to watch, whether he is NFL-prototypical or not. Plus, I like to dream what it woulda been like had we signed Brees, and not Daunte…:\
6. Broncos – Chiefs fans have a Broncos inferiority complex
7. Chargers – Chiefs fans have a Chargers inferiority complex
8. Chiefs – Born and raised in KC, so they are always around. I used to LOATHE them as a child, but have embraced “rooting” for them the last couple years since they have been so GAWD-AWFUL!
9. Ravens – Love that “U Swagger” from Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Willis McGahee.
10. Eagles – No reason, but I like green, I guess
11. Seahawks – LOVED LOVED LOVED Deion Branch’s fluorescent green gloves!

26. Packers – Tired of hearing about Favre. Although, I blame #27 more
27. Vikings – See # 26
28. Cowboys – Arrogant pricks (as ct said), and one of my ex’s loved them
29. Raiders – Although, I LOVE to laugh at everything they do
30. Bills – Division rivals – nothing in particular against them other than that
31. Jets – Bunch of stroke-offs
32. Patriots – Belichick, Brady – ’nuff said

Miami would be my #14th on the list….

So I’d say:

1 – Always Rooting for no matter who/what/when/where category:

Dolphins, as if there could be any other answer?

2 – Root for these teams except when they play Miami or when we are fighting for a playoff spot:

Detroit – they’ve been so bad, for so long that how can you not feel bad for them? Besides, the last time they were good they had Barry Sanders, not to mention those cool uniforms. I feel bad for Calvin Johnson though…

Arizona – a team that like detroit was awful seemingly forever, well, until last year. Plus they have an exciting offense and some great skill players.

Minnesota – never won a superbowl, they are due at some point here.

Cleveland – a perennial doormat. I love the whole dawg pound thing and the old school uni’s.

Buc’s – I was probably the only person alive who liked the old orange uni’s. Plus the bucs were always so terrible and when I lived in TB they actually became pretty good under Dungy.

Atlanta – I still remember their run and shoot days with Jerry Glanville and Neon Deion.

Saints – soooo, sooo bad for so long. Now they are pretty entertaining. Plus NO rocks :)

3 – Teams I really could care less about and pay little if any attention to:
Seattle – the location says it all!
Philadelphia – such terrible fans…
Steelers – I think their recent run of superbowls has gone to the heads of their fans
San Diego – When i think of SD i think of beaches and sunshine, not football..
49ers – also rans in the bay area nearly guaranteed to finish at 6-10 or 7-9 every year

Bengals – Put aside the Icky Shuffle/welcome to the jungle days at the bungles are easy to forget

Nashivlle – home of the Elvis museum. as for the titans, gosh they are boring!
Jax Jaguars – i’ve lived in florida so I know jax is an afterhought…
Packers – I like the pack, but too many years of Favre soured me on the team.
Houston – they aren’t dallas so that helps…
Carolina – boring…
Chicago – startling resemblance these days to the Cubbies.
KC – just keep driving and you’ll eventually be out of Kansas Dorothy…
Ravens – sorry, I’ll save my rooting for the current Cleveland Browns
Oakland – comic relief. Plus what better way to think you are a great talent evaluator than by comparing yourself to Al Davis?

4 – teams I actively dislike and heartily root against

NE – great coach, excellent players, and exciting offense but most of their fans are freaking horrendous, idiotic bandwagon jumpers. A little too high on themselves for me.

NYG – perpetually boring offense, annoying coach, and the press/fans are obnoxious

INDY – sure Manning is a great QB but I’ve always found him very smug and not a team guy either. Not to mention the uniforms are soo dull and more importantly, I don’t care for the city.

Denver – the shanny-elway cult was never on my list of favorites. now they hired the idiot mcdaniels who was helpful enough to piss off and then trade the team’s best player :)

washington – the ‘skins’ are among the leagues worst run teams with a terrible owner.

st. louis rams – er, st louis? you couldn’t pay me enough to live there.

5 – worse than pond scum category

Buffalo – yeah they are the forever 7-9 team now. Still, no other team had such a negative impact on Marino’s career. The darn near yearly beat down we took in Buffalo in the playoffs kept Marino out of many a superbowl. I take a bit of comfort in knowing the bills lost all 4 SB’s but that doesn’t make up for how they kept us out of several.

Jets-jets-jets – Idiocy defined.

Dallas – how ’bout them cowboys (not!)

Because of close friends or relatives(wife) and because they are class franchises with great history I will root for the Bears or Packers.
Like Nicky said , Pittsburgh is just a hard team to root against unless they are a rival.
Any of the old AFL franchises(except of course the Patsies-Jills or Yets)
The Redskins(despite Daniel Snyder) and Giants because I saw so much of them growing up(before the AFL) and they are kind of ingrained in me.
Tampa Bay, because they are as close to a local team as there is .
I have a bad taste in my mouth for Jacksonville bvecause the local market is forced to show there games instead of Miami, thereby forcing me to buy the NFL ticket.
Out of the rest I have a dislike for Dallas but in general don’t get to upset one way of the other except when they play the Dolphins.
