Latest Depth Chart Released

Here's the latest depth chart as posted by Omar Kelly on SunSentinel.com.

Gotta say I like the way the team is shaping up.  I realize this is really early and there's still plenty of battling for starting position to be waged.  Personally I see Vontae Davis winning the other CB spot opposite Will Allen, Turner or Hartline moving up to the #2 WR, and I'd like to see one of our LB put the heat on Crowder and Ayodele to step up their games.

What really stands out to me...

is on Defense. Every position except one has a strong backup, Lanford will be Stark’s, and Torbor for Akin.

My only concern is NT and it’s a big one!

Interesting! LCB: W Allen and Vontae Davis and RCB: Eric Green and Sean Smith

Does the trio think that Sean Smith can beat out Eric Green? I think so.
Vontae Davis may be able to beat out Will Allen eventually, Putting both rookies as starters by the end of the year or maybe early into next year…
I would have reversed them, thinking Davis had a better chance of beating out Green than Smith…

Abandoned the Draft Sean Smith at #25 Bandwagon to Join the Draft Sean Smith at #61 Bandwagon and get Vontae Davis and a 5th Rounder. Trio > me.

The Cornerbacks aren't fixed to those sides

I see Vontae taking over Eric Green’s spot by the time the season rolls around. I also see Cameron Wake making his way up the depth chart.

Ted Ginn is the man.

lol I was impressed,

he definitely put a lot of time into it, he did Omar’s article better than Omar did.

Hyperlink all those names, are you serious?

Man I just cut and pasted and offered my own take. The website did everything else. As for the CB spots, as I stated, I believe by the end of the season Davis will be starting opposite Allen. Smith will probably need a year to develop, but could be a big asset next year to match up against bigger receivers. I wouldn’t count too much on Starks though, depending on the outcome of his assault case.
