Jags release cleo lemon

I know there were some fins fans around these parts a couple of years ago, who strongly believed that Cleo Lemon was the QB of the future. Well, per PFT the Jags released him today.... I'd like to wish him well on his future endeavors, and I hope he catches on someplace soon.

I know the Jets need a starter and the bills and patsies need a number 2, and seeing Cleo play for the Jets would make me feel good that a guy that good is playing for a team that deserves him.

Cleo Lemon was an alusive quarterback

He was somewhat exciting to watch. Especially after watching A.J. Feeley who was quite possibly the biggest pussy(its a cat Matty) behind center who would cringe and fall anytime the ball was snapped. However he would make alot of bonehead throws, many resulting in pics and that explains his 0-7 record or something horrible. He’d be a decent #3 on another team… at best.

enjoyed that 4th and goal play, where he ran OB on the two….

I do have to have to say that was an exciting moment in dolphins history and certainly a sign that he really put it on the line after that err cat feeley.
