Pat White drafted by New York Yankees

With their pick in the 48th round of the 2009 First-Year Player Draft, the Yankees New York Yankees New York Yankees
selected a name familiar to college football fans around the country, former All-American and West Virginia quarterback Pat White.
White, the only quarterback to win four bowl games as a starter and who rushed for more yards than any quarterback in NCAA Division I history, has been drafted to play baseball four times: in the fourth round out of high school by the Los Angeles Angels, when he chose to play football at West Virginia instead; again by the Angels, in the 24th round in 2007; and in the seventh round by the Cincinnati Reds last year.
It seems unlikely the Yankees would be able to convince White to sign with them without a large bonus. White was selected in the second round by the Miami Dolphins in April's NFL Draft.
White was drafted as an outfielder; he also pitched in high school. He did not play baseball for the Mountaineers.
i laughed when i saw this
hopefully he chooses to stay with the Dolphins instead lololololololol

Well this is good...
At least everyone now knows that White is an all around amazing athlete! And he will not go ther unless they give him a CC Sabathia or Mark Texeria type deal:)

I think it would be funny if he went and played one game for them in the spring.
Ted Ginn is the man.
