Giants release Plaxico
Just saw on ESPN that the Giants have in fact released Plaxico. Chris Mortenson is talking about it now and saying that the shortest amount of time he'd spend in prison would probably be 5 months so that means he will most likely be out for the next season. With this said Mort also thinks that he is going to get his life back in order and has more good football ahead of him. Personally I really dont think the brass will even look to go after him but always room for discussion. What do you guys think? Will Burress ever play football again and if so would it ever be in a Dolphins uniform?

hahaha yea
and i pray too god that we do never get it…there is no room on this team for a dumbass that doesnt put the SAFETY on his gun when not using it…there’s a reason gun manufacturers install the safety mechanism, its to avoid situations exactly like this one…

I hope we sign him
I mean come one, he fits the spots we need, a big, tall WR. He would do great opposite Ginn. He is expected to do 0 Jail time and probably wont get suspended (2 games max!) Then we can use our 1st round pick elsewhere and draft a WR with a later pick (Round 2b or 3 or something). I am all for it!
expected to do 0 jail time?
that’s incorrect. Mayor Bloomberg wants Burress to serve jail time. Rrumor has it he’s pressuring the DA to make sure any plea deal involves jail time.
IM just telling you
What I have heard. I dont know if it is true or not.
no thanks

ZERO
interest……………..!
Just one man's opinion.
The defending AFC Champions Miami Dolphins chose Marino with the 27th pick in the NFL draft.....
Founding member of the 2nd round draft of NT Ron Brace, 6'3", 330, benchx225:32 bandwagon
Founding member of the 3rd round draft of OG Herman Johnson, 6'7", 350, 36.5" arms bandwagon
Nope No and Never.
I don’t wan’t him and Tuna dosen’t want him either. Bill isn’t gonna pick a guy who’s gonna spend a chunk of his life in a cell. So he can go join Michael Vick in the slammer.

why not take a shot in the dark on him
he was a GREAT receiver – when he wanted to be…
So shoot, how can you not take a run at him.
A shot in the dark...
I see what you did there….

i'm all for the Plexi-Dolphin
are you all so unforgiving and so perfect that you wouldn’t want to give this man a chance and upgrade our wide out spot?
we took ANOTHER chance on Ricky (which i was glad about and it turned out well)… let’s take a chance on Plex.
We can get him out of the cold up in NY and he won’t have to carry that heater anymore…
don't make it a moral issue
The Dolphins aren’t a halfway house. It’s not their job to give guys a second lease on life, it’s their job to win football games and entertain the paying customer. Paying a guy to shoot himself in the leg does neither of those things. Let some other team give him a second chance, I don’t want him in Miami’s locker room
