Future of the Wildcat

I've said in times past that the wildcat was implemented out of desperation because we simply couldn't move the ball the "traditional" way but  that we would eventually be a smashmouth type of team because I watched BP use Otis Anderson to torture teams years ago and while the wildcat was used because we were having trouble on O,it looks like BP is a man who can and will adjust and change with the times if need be..

Last year I kept thinking "If RB could throw the ball better the wildcat would be UNSTOPPABLE" because every pass attempt out of the wildcat was wideopen, not a step or two on their man but WIDE OPEN because teams were pulling their Safety in the box leaving the middle of the field wide open and one on one on the outside and while I said I would like White in the 4th round or so,it may just turn out that he would've been a steal at the #25 slot.

They've said he can play multiple positions and that is true but the added dimension he brings to the wildcat has me thinking that he will be playing QB a lot.

I love a high powered Offense that can get up 3 scores on a team quick, make them one dimensional and give them a feeling of helplessness and the addition of White has me totally rethinking the smashmouth ball philosophy and where Henne fits in to all of this.

We all saw what the WC did to teams early on and it was quite successful when they knew it was coming but we now have a kid that can sling the ball from under center in the traditional way AND he can run the wildcat with the added threat of throwing it .

This is crazy genius from the Big Tuna and I can't wait for the season to start!

I've been awake 5 minutes so forgive me for errors and ramblings because Im sure there are many but I think this is an awesome pick for us.....what do you folks think?
