Brian Miller discusses John Beck trade
Brian Miller, a respectable blogger over at PhinPhanatic.com, wrote up a very interesting entry that discusses why Beck has not yet been moved and when he likely will be. I'm sure many of you have already realized the things he says here, but I found it feasible and perhaps a near certainty that what he says will turn out to be true.

Brian makes some good points and I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see things play out as he described.
Fyi – Brian’s blog is a really good one. Definitely worth checking out daily.
I Can't See Them picking a QB In the 2nd Round.
5th round or later, yes. You don’t use a 2nd rnd pick on a QB to be the 3rd QB on the roster, unless you’re developing him as a future starter. Henne is already filling that niche.
I can see
the Dolphins maybe using the 3rd round pick for someone as versatile at Pat White, but i think this kid wants to be a QB in the NFL vs a WR/ QB. And he might be good enough to start somewhere down the road. How about Beck and our #44 for Cleveland’s #36? Might have a better chance getting Nicks or Sean Smith at that pick if they drop out of Rd1.
