Dolphins sign Vernon Carey
February 20th, 2009 by Edgar Thompson
The Dolphins have locked up right tackle Vernon Carey to a five-year deal, an NFL source said, solidifying the tackle position for the team for the next several years.
The team's first-round pick in 2004, Carey, 27, has started 60 straight games for the Dolphins.
More to come in a bit.
