Enough is Enough
With the season coming to a close ive decided to put a few thing in perspective. Many things that have been going wrong for the dolphins and a few opinions.
I would like to start off with Chad Henne i like what im seeing out of him so far and some people forget this is his first year starting but in order for him to have sucess in the future many things have to change about his game. First off i dont know if this is how the plays are designed to go or what but this whole yhrowing to the right side has to stop its getting to the point where henne is almost forcing it there. pretty much 90% of his throws are going to that side and defenses will eventually key on that. Also as much as everyone hates him you have to hear me out on this. There have been a few times where Ted Ginn would be wide open and Henne chooses to throw elsewhere. I say at least give it a shot and if he does drop a wide open pass then stay away from him but you gotta give it a shot.
Speaking of Ted Ginn the blocking on Special teams is nothing short of disappointing if we laid a hat on a hat or even make some lou polite type blocks ted should be a step away from breaking one on almost every kick.
Also with a slim chance of making playoffs and i mean slim i think it would be a good oppurtunity to play pat turner. I know he is a project they are working on but there is no substitute for experience and the best experience isnt in the preseason but in the regular season but i do see how they are putting him off to the side like they did miles austin and you see how that payed of. so dont be suprised if the trifecta doesnt pursue a reciever because they might believe they have already addressed it in turner
another note GIBRIL WILSON needs to get cut ...on one of vince youngs bombs nate jones held outside coverage while the reciever cut inside of wilson and he doesnt even know where the ball is and thats just been his story all year the trifecta always seems to miss on atleast one free agent. im in favor of clemons it cant possibly be worse

I agree
I see a lot of potential in Henne but he needs to stop staring down recievers

he has gotten better at looking off his WRs

T.Lex doesn't want to be fed, he wants to hunt. Can't just suppress sixty five million years of gut instinct.
Yeah believe me I love the kid
But sometimes he makes really stupid mistakes. I know he’s better than sanchez though, so that’s all that really counts.

GINN must go along with Wilson
Henne is now our leader. Lets see what the guy can do !
As usual the R&R Xpres is non stop to its next destination !
Driver of the Camarillo, Hartline & Bess fan club bus.. hop on and enjoy the ride!
We need this pass D to STEP THE F UP and do what they get paid to do!
you cant win
with ginn haters they want to see him fail you cant give the guy any type of credit its ridiculous but he the only deep threat on the team like it or not no on e else in this recieving core can get behind a defense
Ginn has become a pariah
He is the face of the Cam Cameron/1-15 season.
Does he have holes in his game? Absolutely. His pass-catching obviously needs to improve(he relies too much on his body to catch passes), and he needs to work on running north and south rather than east and west.
However, I have seen improvement since his benching. He is making catches now(like the sideline catch today) that he was not making earlier this season.
I think he could be salvaged yet, and if I’m wrong, so be it, but he’s still better than most of the first rounders we’ve had over the last decade.
see, Fletcher, Jamar. Allen, Jason. etc etc

the people who doubt ginn always will
and the people who like ginn always will. for that reason i will no longer comment on ginn. i have enough enemies without making more over some wr that i don’t even know. that being said, wether or not i like or dislike a player, i would NEVER want to see anyone on the dolphins fail. no matter who it was.
For the record....
I have been pulling for Ginn in the biggest way, being a Buckeye fan and all, but if he can’t be more consistent at either WR or ST and help this TEAM win,…………then off with his head. lol….

If we had a real #1 WR,
I don’t think he would be getting killed, or too much of a topic even, but heres the problem, he represents us not having a #1 WR, lol, he’s the #1 who is not a #1, but if we had picked up a #1 this off season, or traded Roth for Sims-Walker at the deadline even, he would be more of a backround topic instead of the magnet he is now.
IMO, if we get a M Austin, B Marshall or someone like that this offseason, it won’t be a huge topic if Ginn is on the team.

ok so BIG question
does ted ginn jr come back next year, YES or NO answer
I want what's coming to me, the world and everything in it. - Tony Montana, Scarface
well
hes under contract an expensive one at that and hes not tradeable we wouldnt recieve good value for him so maybe they might give him an extra year to gain chemistry with henne or renegotiate his contract then trade him
YES
i think the kid has talent and has shown flashes of it. he’s a dangerous return man and i just wished we would use him like a desean jackson in philly. it would be a shame for him to come into his own after joining another team. we’ve been torched enough by former dolphins (i.e., wes welker).
The only problem is Jackson has been preparing to be a WR his whole life, and he's already one of the best route runners in the league
Ginn runs some of the worst routes in the league.

yes
he’ll always have some kind of value as long as he can run the way he does. Speed Kills, and he’s got tons of it. Even if he’s a 5th WR and only comes in to run go routes and take reverses, he’s still a weapon.
