Ran into this while I was surfing youtube. Ted has been getting a shit storm, and no doubt he deserves it with some of the awful games he's had an the contribution to losing some games. Hopefully though he finds some motivation to make some big plays like these once again from riding the bench. Other thing to note... damn Pennington throws on the money.

guy’s making stellar catches lately and has one of the top return averages in the afc/nfl — a significant contribution.

tg’s won us two games (jest times 2) and is mainly culpable for ZERO losses. he screws up like every other player.

then he didn’t win it. it was a team win, the same way the colts were a team loss.

his play has been better of late

i don’t know about calling them “stellar catches.” they were all pretty run of the mill for an nfl reciever. he has shown flashes of great play, and flashes of horrible play. the coaches will have to decide if the good outweighs the bad. i’ve never been a fan of ginn, but i would like to see what would happen if we had a big strong wr opposite of him.

He has had some toe dragging sideline catches

in both of the last games… those are considered stellar catches even by NFL standards.

toe dragging catches are made by every wr in the nfl. nothing special there although i was glad to see him made them. hopefully he is regaining his confidence, and the drops will be a thing of the past.

two catches downfield 20 yards so tight they have to be reviewed...

seem at least close to “stellar” , meaning well above average…..

otherwise, what are truly “average” catches — flares, flat patterns, dumps, cuts and slants requiring less?

that is standard data for camarillo, bess and even hartline. Ginn’s catches havent even been stellar on the team level, much less league level.

2009 is a year of respect ladies and gentlemen. Lets get it.

How did they make this video 9 minutes long ? Ginn doesnt have 9 minutes of good plays in his 3 years!

Let me chime back in here..

Sure once in a whle Ginn comes through with a good play but his HORRIBLE plays out number his good plays like 20 to 1 or so. He is not consistant enough to keep around here. Get rid of Ginn and bring in Bowe or Marshall whatever it takes get us a SOLID PROVEN #1

can flat out play when he has the confidence. i like what sparano is doing not having him do too much and slowly building chemistry between him and henne, along with his confidence these last couple games

I dont want our "#1 receiver" to have to gain his confindence. I want a true reliable honest to god #1 that we do not have to tighten our ass cheaks so hard every time the ball is thrown his way.

Is that too much to ask? My ass muscles are starting to buldge out because of so much excersize when Ginn is on the field! WHen someone here says something like “stop hating on ginn” I will respond with “Ill stop hating on Ginn when he is playing for a different team” LOL I will hate on him every time he blows a 1st down catch.. everytime he misses a TD catch and his hands are crossed and his eyes buldging out.. Everytime I imagine him looking like a deer in the headlights and saying “which way did it go? Which wa did it go?” I gave ginn 2 1/2 years of support.. I am done supporting the bum.

he's not a go to guy but........

he has made big plays when the games been on the line this year I think over the off-season he will improve with some more time to get use to the big change in QB everyone is saying look how well Bess and Hartliine but they have also been practicing with Henne since day one and Ginn has never had this type of passer Troy smith and chad pennington did not have strong arms so its A diffrent ball to catch so lets give it some time.
