The Dolphins took a 14-0 lead and the defense held up, coming up very big multiple times to help the Dolphins hold on to a 14-10 win.

It was another one of those games that probably wasn't good for your health. But in the end, a win is a win and I'll take it.

I know that i'm being super optimistic but I Believe

i think that if we get to the playoffs we can win the wildcard round maybe even the divisional round
We used to have a huge 4th quarter d problem and our Secondary isn’t good enough yet but we are working on it as we have seen today
Our WR have become Decent enough to move the chains
If we can fix this (1 game) fumbling problem i think we will do well Ricky is playing Lights out
Chad Henne Is doing incredibly well
I think we can really do well in the playoffs

Nice to see we went down 14-0 and rallied to win last week, and now we get out to a 14-0 lead and hold on. This game really should have been more like 31-7 though. Was someone on the sideline greasing up the football when the Dolphins went on offense? Notice even the Jacksonville safety pretty much dropped the ball after the interception.

I know

I still think we get one in FA and then possibly draft one to develop under our #1. I think that makes more sense that drafting a guy and expecting to play lights-out in his first season. That rarely happens with wideouts.

Therefore, I am all about getting a fatass nose tackle. Soliai would be great in a platooning role.

Didn’t get to watch the game because of the blackout. F’ing NFL punishes me by zoning my area as the Jags and when they actually play my team they are blacked out because their own fans dont want to watch them… ARGH sorry had to vent

man, I dont know about you guys

but I would buy the dvd that just has all the phins runs cause everytime the phins run you hear a crack signaling Polite puttin a hat on some poor LB or DT.

What sucks though is Mclaine from baltimore is going to beat him out on pro bowl balloting:( It’s gonna take another year for him to break that ballot box.

I dunno

McClain doesn’t have the rushing stats he had last year which carried him into the pro bowl. Lousaka is getting recognition as the best FB in the league lately, and the commentators today kept pointing out some crushing blocks by him.

Thats the reason McClain is going to the pro bowl

again, name recognition. Lousaka is now getting his name out there. People are really going to recognize McClain due to what Leonard Weaver is doing in the NFC.

Another year and everybody will know Lousakas name. I’m just hoping he tattoos his name onto everybodys foreheads at ESPN and Fox like he does to opposing teams LB’s and DT’s in the playoffs and then everyone will know what’s up!

I don't think so

Vontae is just so much more polished and physical, he matches up better with the top-tier guys.. The good thing is Smith doesn’t see a lot of passes his way because he’s able to lock down on those 2nd-tier guys for the most part.

Can anyone explain why the Jags are still are the 6th seed? I know they have a better conference record than baltimore and the dolphins but we beat the Jags head to head. And I know balitmore has a better conference record than the dolphins at 6-4. But what else am I missing?? Its the head to head thing thats confusing me…

Not 100%, but I think that, in the case of a 3 (or more) way tie, than head to head doesn’t matter unless one team has beaten all of the other teams. Not applicable in our situation because we didn’t play B-more, so it goes to the next one, which is either conference record or common opponents, can’t remember which.

yeah that was not good

but that was really the only negative play for the D, other than letting Garrard running around.

Here's a shocker

Ted Ginn could go as a return man.. He’s the only player in the AFC (and one of only 2 guys in the league) with 2 KR TD’s, and of guys with at least 20 KR’s this season, he has the best average in the AFC at 28 yards per. He’s also tied for 2nd in number of 40+ yard returns with 4 (first place has 5)

Passing game was sick

I can’t believe people aren’t talking more about how good Henne was today. During the 17 consecutive completions I couldn’t believe I was watching the Dolphins. Henne was great and the receivers are starting to amaze me. When they play well we are truly a dangerous team. If it wasn’t for the fumbles this game is a blowout.

Aqua blended too well with Teal

Anyone who disagrees more Jax fans than Fins fan – looking through teal/aqua glasses – next time all Fins fans will wear their Orange jerseys.

Us fin fans made the Herald photo #47 it was a blast. That turf was terrible with the rain drenched Saturday. Punt that bounced in the endzone – caused a light splash. I think it was the reason for so many fumbles.

Vontae Davis is standup

i’ll post the photo later but Vontae was headed for the locker room when he saw us waving our fin fan sign and hollering Vontae and doing the “V” sign he stopped backtracked and came over to high five us. He is very cool and fan friendly!
