We apparently banged up pretty boy Brady last Sunday!!!

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady did not practice for the second straight day Thursday, and the Patriots pinpointed a new ailment for him -- his ribs.

Brady was listed on the team's participation report as having a right finger, right shoulder and rib injury. Brady's rib injury was disclosed for the first time.

In Sunday's 22-21 loss to the Dolphins, Brady retreated to the locker room after taking a big hit on a 58-yard touchdown pass to Randy Moss in the first quarter. Brady, who didn't miss any snaps, did not say what he had been treated for in the locker room.

Brady's right finger injury was added to the report last week and was a hot topic before Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Brady finished 19-of-29 for 352 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in the game.

Asked Wednesday if the Patriots changed what they did offensively against the Dolphins to compensate for Brady's right finger injury, coach Bill Belichick said: "We didn't change much. You saw the first drive of the game [which ended with a 58-yard touchdown bomb to Randy Moss]. The plays we had, we ran. There weren't really any changes."

That's what I thought...

it seems like we put him down on the ground a bunch which helps out towards the end of the game. When he threw that TD in the first quarter, he got hit by 3 of our guys!

Makes me wonder

If him (Brady) sitting alot while we had some good drives in the second half caused him to tighten up. His numbers really dropped off in the second half. And as much as I would love to say that our defense was the reason for that, I am skeptical. One more reason I say getting pressure on the QB is important. I really hope this is a lingering injury for Brady and causes them to lose one or two more games this year.
