Frustrating... wildcat is tired
For the past couple/few weeks the wildcat hasn't been the same. It's terribly frustrating... this game... particularly; Chad Henne is completing throws for 1st downs... then gets pulled for the WildCat and/or WildPat and gets to get back under center for 3rd n 12; 3rd n 19.... etc etc. Please... we have to let the kid throw... he's making the throws. The pats consistantly have 8 in the box... let him throw!!
Which brings me to the Ted Ginn topic. We all know he's the only one that can stretch the field or pose as a deep threat. We all know he's been disappointing and drops balls. BUT he's gotta get time on the field as a WR. It will only open things up.
Just frustrated... and I hate the Patsies.

wild cat
I couldn’t agree with you more. LET THE KID THROW!!!! I’m tired of seeing the same shit over and over again. And whats going on with our defense! Ex linebacker (defensive coordinator) coach needs to get his head out of his ass. Not only that, but our offensive line; Why do they look lost when there about to do a mass blitz. More confidence in what back bone they do have. ugh this game is making me mad!

Team needs a sure handed deep threat
whether it be through free agency or the draft(preferably both)the team needs a legitimate deep threat to keep defenses honest. free agency would aloow for immediate returns.

WildCat is a fine line
It does suck to see it not working but the sadest part was that we didn’t even get any yards running it out of the regular offense … Dan Henning IMO is walking a fine line of having a great drive in which everything works like it did in the first half TD drive or having a drive being blownup by one bad play out of the Wildcat like that terrible pass call with Henne getting dropped .. we get 7-10 yards we are in FG range instead of punting AGAIN

I didn't think that flip back to Henne
was a bad play at all. In fact, that play has gotten us huge gains with Pennington (see Houston game). The only problem is that it was read perfectly by the defense. The Patriots have obviously done their homework and they currently have The Wildcat’s number.
The real problem with that is that Sparano/Henning should have known that New England was going to spend 2 straight weeks on The Wildcat and that they would game plan to stop the run and make us win using Henne… THAT’S GREAT! Henne is fuckin’ awesome! Unfortunately, our stupid ass offensive coordinator would pull a dominating QB out of the game and to replace him with the one aspect of the game that The Patriots had been planning against for fourteen days. They were forcing Henne to win it for us and he was! I feel good knowing that once Dan Henning gets replaced by David Lee during the offseason, we will be entering the start of our 10-year dynasty.

well
i wouldn’t say the wildcat is to blame, if we just executed it properly it probrably would have worked out better and anyways the offensive line for the second straight week let us down again these guys need to get better they seem to let us down in big games
