Can the Dolphins stop New England's offense....?

Again we have us a shoot out. If the Dolphins don't put points on the board they will loose both games and the chances of making the playoffs. So far the Dolphins have shown the ability to stop the run for most of the game but still have not been able to stop the big pass play. Cornerbacks, Safeties and linebackers have not seen someone as good as Moss and Welker so far. The closest Wayne and Clark and we all know what happened.

Bottom line Dolphins are not ready to shut down New England's offense so we need to go blow for blow and as much as everyone hates it, Ted Ginn(or anyone) has to show up and help spread things out. If not is going to be a long day for Henne. Loosing Cobbs really hurt the wildcat he provided the 15+ yard option in the wildcat and was what kept defense honest as far as stacking the box and sending corner to blitz to shut it down.

Nothing will make happier than to beat the Patriots at their home and beat them 45 to 30 and show them who the Champs are !!!!!

Go Dolphins!

Nope. Ball control. Ball control, Ball control. We gotta treat this like we did the Colts game. TOP with very long drives keeping their offense off the field. Absolutley NO TURNOVERS. And hope the defense can cause a few turnovers and/or just plan stop them a few drives.

We have been putting up numbers but we also have allow for teams to match our efforts. Keeping the game close and Brady with the ball is not a good thing!!

ball control as perfect as the Colts games is very dificult and still they were abe to score more points in less time. Our passing game has to show up, passing only on 3rd down will lead to turnovers…

Go Dolphins!

For that to happen, like I've said before, we are going to need a quarterback.

Inaccurate throws, holding the ball for too long, not spreading the ball. and taking 15 yard sacks won’t get the job done. He doesn’t have to be Peyton Manning, but he will have to make at least 8 key 3rd down conversions throwing the football. He already showed us he can, but with much less need to throw the ball because of the running game’s effort. I’ll tell you what though, if this turns into a shoot out like it did last year down in Miami, where – as you once admitted- Pennington was unbelievable, Henne will have a really hard time keeping us in the game. After all, he is a first year quarterback and will be facing a great defensive mind like Bellichick.

Bingo!..Neo's got it....dont forget...The Fins have put....

30+ points on the board in the past 4 games each…We have the ability to put points,TOP control, good field position…We need to limit errors…personal fouls, fumbles, int’s…and stop 3rd downs….This aint gonna be the TITANS game..We’re gonna play Finball…like pinball, with flippers instead of paddles….

We need to keep consitant pressure on Tom we have not been able to really do that for a full 4 quarters

also our lb’s and safties need to step up big because I think Brady is going to throw alot of passes in the Middle of the field

we have to keep our OLBs

fresh by rotating the rushers, let’s not give up on pressuring the QB in the 2nd half. If Brady beats us once or twice, thats fine, but lets keep putting him on his arse throughout the whole game.

CP10 and P.Cobbs get well soon
