I liked those stats!
And it seems like we always have the Patriots number! Funny how it works out that who ever wins is usually blowing the other team out of the water…except for those few memorable close ones!

I don't think we always have their number....
I think we generally split with them every year though.

Yeah....generally a split
But when you factor how bad our record usually is and how good their record usually is, the split seems like we own them. Plus it’s the Pats….short of beating the JEST, is there a better victory to be had, especially in NE.

hence the word
seems. I know it is roughly a split, but it just always seems like a bad Miami team manages to beat the patsies…..ala AJ Feely in the last game of the season and so on.

PS
We sweep the Patriots this year and hit .500 with them. They lead this decade 10-8. Plus we bone them for a second season in a row.

I'd be happy to split with the patriots. We beat the Jets 2x, and should beat the Bills again.
Barring something bad for us, we would still have a legitimate shot at repeating as AFCE Champs. Our schedule is much easier than the Pats from her on out.
The torch has been passed, and Henne has added fuel to the fire!

yup
That Titans game doesn’t look so tough anymore, nor does the Panthers game (two run-heavy teams). Last year, we were 2-4, and the sky was falling. Then we ran off a ridiculous 9 of 10. We would have to do the same this year, meaning a split with the Pats, beating Pitt and Houston (our arch-nemesis), and running the remaining (very winnable) games. The schedule actually looks pretty nice going into the end of the season.
Outside of NE and Pittsburgh, we have Tampa, Carolina, Buffalo, Jax, Tennessee, and Houston. All 6 of those should (emphasis on should) be wins. The 3 games with NE and PIT will make the difference IMO.

I wouldn't count on that Houston game so much.
We should have beaten them the last two years. I’ll give you the rest as games we should win. NE, Pitt, and Hou are our most difficult games the rest of the season.

And we always lose to Houston for some reason
Have we ever beat them? I don’t ever recall a win against Houston. And you know what they say about those “Should beat games” …..that’s why the PLAY THE GAME!

No, we have never beaten the Texans.
And every loss has been by 3 points or less.

Huge Game this week
As we all know this is a huge game. A win puts us at 4 – 4. And more importantly 4 – 0 in the AFC East. After this game, our last 8 games have a combined 25 – 33 record, not too bad. With our strongest opponents being the Pats again, Houston and Pitts but all of these games are home, which is great; no cold weather late games against good teams. I don’t think we have beat Houston yet.
If we at least spilt with the Pats we have a very good chance of making it to the playoffs once again…

Technically I think he still is.
If we ran a 4-3, he’d be playing DE like he did with Washington last year. Plus the guy has only been playing LB for roughly 1 and a half years out of 13. If he was inducted into the HOF tomorrow, it would be as a DE.

If my boys can show up with a chip on their shoulder we have
a chance to put the Patsy’s in there place.
WE ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO BLITZ ON EVERY FIRST DOWN PLAY….
Brady’s uniform has got to get dirty for us to beat this team !!!!
I want him on the ground with a twisted knee looking out of the f_cking ear hole of his hat !!!

For some reason,
I see our D playing very well and so will the O. I’m hoping we come away with a victory, but against the Pats anything is possible.

Anyone looked at the weather report for the game yet?
That is something that I haven’t heard anyone bring up and that could definitely be a factor if it turns cold.

Good,
I hate when we have to play in snow or cold rain. I was still really surprised that we beat KC last year with the wind chill at -12 or some crazy figure!

The odds are certainly stacked up but the case even worse when we traveled there last year. The unveiling of a certain package changed that.
Unless Brady gets rattled we’re in for a day on D. Not looking foward to being on D this weekend. Lets hope Smith, Davis and Jones are ready.
On offense I hope for one thing only. If we do happen to unveil a more exotic Pat White package or expand on the Wildcat in general then I hope its good for a win. You have to believe we’ve got it in our backpocket but the second we show it the video is in the open. I just hope that if we take that leap of faith that its enough for the W.
Should be a good game if we’re prepared.

ESPN is saying the Miami has a 25% chance to win this game.
Tedi bias Bruschi is saying all this crap, about how BB will prepare the pats and other reporters are hating on the ‘Phins except NFL network. The thing that pisses me off is that
they aren’t giving the dolphins credit for the sweep over the jets.I hope The Miami Dolphins go into Foxborough and kick some ass. Here’s a few qoutes from espn and Belichick.

Who cares what the experts say
When was the last time that the experts were right about much of anything anyways. Plus it almost works in our favor. The opponents start reading their press clippings and we get additional chips to put on our shoulders which drive us to play harder.

Don't give us Credit, we will march into NE and kill the Patriots.Miami aka 300 The Spartans
That display has made Ginn a renewed issue of concern. The first question at New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick’s news conference Wednesday was about stopping Ginn.
The best way to neutralize a Ginn kickoff return?
Deny him the opportunity.
That’s what Belichick’s close friend, Meyer, would advise. The Florida Gators coach made the mistake of kicking to Ginn to open the BCS title game nearly three years ago. Ginn returned it 93 yards for a touchdown, the last kickoff he took the distance before Sunday — even though it’s a big part of what he was drafted for.
Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski ranks second in the NFL with 13 touchbacks.
“That’s really the best coverage you can have, kicking it out of the end zone,” Belichick said.
