Question regarding our Wide Outs

Hey guys,

We all know that  we dont have and that we do need a big physical number 1 receiver, but also we have three guys who have some pretty damn good hands and each one could play the slot, but here is my question if we did happen to get a number 1 guy and with Bess stepping up and really being very clutch in 3rd downs who would you guys want or think between Bess,Cam,and Hartline to be the number 2 and slot.My pick would be Bess as our number 2 and I may catch crap for this and I love Cam but I would put Hartline as the slot just something about this kid has big play written all over him.

Not directed toward you but I think its hilarious how during the draft people were all "we have a bunch of twos...we don't need a number 1"

I was preaching Britt and now look where we are…

ugh.

but look on the bright side… atleast Golden Tate will be available soon enough

I believe in John Beck and that Cbdolphin is the man. I'll make you proud LCFF

agreed

there just wasnt any good big wr’s available where we wanted them.. If Nicks fell to the Pat White pick and we didnt take him then I’d be angry..

Vontae > Britt/Nicks

Agree with Matty

I think Britt will be a good player well he is a good player just in a bad situation but Vontae is the physical type of corner we need yes he made his mistakes but he is doing a hell of a job for a rook

I would have taken

Clay Mathews over Davis and he is up for rookie of the year and then another corner instead of Turner and dont get me started on White over Rey Rey ughhhh!!!

The reason why bess was looking bad out there was because he was getting used to Chad henne throwing the ball. I think its fair to say that the comfort level has gone up quite a bit.

meh I dont think comfort level had that much to do with Bess bad performance

he had a couple bad games and he just let it get to him.. It happens and you just have to move on and dont let it bother you. I’m glad he broke out of his funk and got it going cause we needed him

Even though Bess is listed as a #2, he is a slot reciever

Similar to the role Wes Welker plays in NE. You don’t consider him the #3 Reciever

Ronnie Brown is the man

1: Bowe please?
2:. Hartline
Slot: Bess and Cam depending on down.

Ginn traded to Chiefs along with a #2 for Bowe.. please?

Henne is now our leader. Lets see what the guy can do !

Ginn looked alot better this week.

id want to keep him for a situation receiver too. if he finally starts to show something, then bump him up a little bit. his speed is very valuable to have as an option.

Interesting

I just read an article in ESPN the mag about how if the Texans fail to make the playoffs Andre Johnson may want out. This makes the week 15 match-up with the Texans even more interesting. Prediction-Ted ginn returns two kickoffs against Houston. Dolphins win. Off season we trade Ginn and Picks for Andre! Awesome! – Ok sorry I just woke up from dream land. In a perfect world this could happen. My question is Who do you get rid of between Camarillo and Bess, because if we get a number one there is not enough space for everyone. Also they wouldn’t cut Hartline as the Tuna picked him. I say keep Bess for sure and look to either draft or trade Ginn and Camarillo for a real receiver.

We'd need alot more than picks and Ginn for Johnson.

Probably

But if he wants out maybe there is a chance. I just want to see us get a real #1 receiver who knows I never thought the vikings would get rid of moss but look at him now. Thank god! Imagine how good the vikes would be if the had him now!

Cam #2

and Hartline in the slot. They have the ability to make plays after the catch that Bess just does not possess.
