Playoffs would be a bonus, but it's improbable (not impossible).
And I doubt the Jets are making the playoffs this year, and it’s going to be a much harder division next year. Don’t get your hopes up for your fifth East title buddy.

Anyone else see how Sparano gets no love or respect in Madden 09 either compaired to Rex Ryan?
Under coaching Ryan is 3 bars and Sparano is 2 EVEN though Sparano has proven he is a quality coach and Rex has nothing? Also when you see the 2 on Madden shaking hands after a game Rex is bit SMALLER then Sparano !!!!! Can you believe that shit? I know Sparano is not a “small man” but Ryan has to have 100lbs on him right smack in the boiler but as usual.. Maiami gets 0 respect in Madden.

Our team on Madden sucks so bad, I hardly even want to use them.
Ginn has the drops in that game, even when wide open. Our O-Line is rice paper, and Ronnie gets gassed after like 4 plays. Drives me insane! And our secondary is pathetic. The only way I can get an INT is a userpick, the CPU will just let the ball hit it’s chest.

I was playing the Phins against the Colts I think (I randomly picked an opponent) and I did awesome with them. Ted Ginn had 1KR for TD, 2 PRs for TD, 1 TD catch, and Ronnie had 2 rushing TDs.

ps3 or 360? how did your defense do?
I really just flat out hate the ps3, not a fan of the controller and all i ever use it for is bluray, DIVX and madden when i’m drunk as hell or bored. Ronnie is a total beast in the game, breaks mad tackles, but he goes yellow after 3 straight running plays and red after a series. i can’t get anything done, i’ll drive down the field and then get sacked and Henne fumbles and then i just cry and cry and cry
NCAA10 is a lot more fun.

On the 360.
The defense did ok, got one pick and a fumble recovery, but both were user controlled. Other than that they played fairly average, which was why I needed so many TDs to win.

I doubt they sign him even if he passes through waivers. I think we’ve got something up our sleeve with Pat Turner and I think he needed this time to prepare for his role. I also think that they’re making sure he’s healthy for the stretch run. From a video standpoint he’s a wildcard. Same goes for Pat White and his next level of packages.
I am very curious if Nalbone makes it through waivers. At least these guys don’t dwell on mistakes. Without these on-field results I’d be groaning about wasting a 4th on Murph and a 5th on Nalboner. In our current situation I’m just happy that they’re able to evaluate talent and cut their losses. They also realize the value in mixing things up and if that means cutting young players I’m all aboard.
