Question from an Orlando resident Dolphins fan.
I know the Orlando CBS market is owned by the Jags but if this weekends game is blacked out does that mean they will show the Dolphins game instead or just replace the programming with something else? If anyone can help me out with this that would be awesome because I am not missing this game. Thanks for the help fellow Phins and GO DOLPHINS.

I would like to know as well.
I live in Volusia County (Daytona Beach’s County) and we always get scooped by Jags games however with the blackouts I hope to get the Dolphin games but will we get a random or does it default to the other Florida AFC team….the Phins? Go Miami!

Here you go....
If the Jacksonville game is AT Jacksonville, then the Dolphins will be shown in Central Florida. If the game is on the ROAD, the Jacksonville game will be shown in Central Florida.
Since Central Florida is a secondary Jags market and secondary Dolphins market the local channel (6, CBS) gets to make the decision wether or not to show Jags home games or Dolphin games, and they ALWAYS pick the Dolpins over the Jags, ALWAYS, because there are far more Dolphins fans in Central Florida than Jags fans, and they have mad their voices heard since 1995 by calling the station in droves everytime the Dolphins aren’t on.
So, for future reference, if you live in the Central Florida area: Jags at home = Dolphins on local TV.
Jags on the road = Dolphins blacked out.
