This, like many other recent fan posts, is my first fanpost. I am a die hard Miami fan living in North Jersey and have followed this team since I was 5 years old.
What I've seen in Davone Bess so far this game and in his short career is better than what we had in Welker. Of course I wish we never got rid of him but can you imagine how much more damage this guy would have done if he had Brady and Moss to work with. This guy is by far our best receiver and he may not have amazing speed but he is insanely quick which matters most for slot receivers, has amazing hands, and runs great routes as well as after the catch. He is exactly what Henne needs aside from a True! No. 1 and i'm trully excited to see what he has to offer in his future and hopefully with a star wideout in the upcoming season.
I also love this new guy Kory Sperry and the fact that he is a rookie shows he has a ton of upside. He blocks real well and showed soft hands the first game so hopefully he and Haynos can develop into a good tandem. I personally don't feel Fasano has lived up to a true tight end without David Martin and unless he turns it around I see him walking this upcoming offseason.
Last but not least, please recognize and vote for Randy Starks to go to the Pro Bowl. This guy is without a doubt our best D-lineman and is turning into a stud on our 3-4 line.
p.s. love V. Davis stepping up to Steve Smith and then drilling him for a 1 yard gain in the flat. Cam Wake is still applying pressure on every play he's in and J. Porter is finally playing like he did last year, lets hope he keeps this up and the benching lit a fire up his @$$.
