Good Times...
I stumbled upon something interesting today and it got me thinking.
Ted Ginn is pretty much a beat down topic thats been beat down again and again. During this time of the season last year ted ginn was coming along and making plays for this offense. people are questioning his hands when last year he was making some spectacular catches with them. Example seahawks game with two defenders draped on him and the two catches in the jets game finally, but as of late Ted ginn could be on his way out. If you go back to the colts game ted was catching every pass thrown to him until the game winning pass was dropped and after that all the ginn haters began popping up like pimples, and Ted certainly isnt helping his case but i believe he is better than this.

those catches you mention were not "spectacular"
they were pretty routine for a top tier nfl reciever. i don’t “hate” ginn, i just don’t think he is mentally tough enough for this game. when a player does good, we compliment him. when he does bad, we talk shit about him. i hope every game that ginn will break out and live up to his potential. but he rarely, if ever does. he’s an nfl reviever. his JOB is to catch the ball. he drops it more often than not. that’s the bottom line.
I know
but I’ll never forget that one that stuck to his gloves in the endzone at the Meadowlands last year.
I loved the way he held it up to the crowd like he was just as surprised as everybody else, but was still like, "Look at this, bitches!!"
You have to play this game like somebody just hit your mother with a two-by-four.

I'm still holding onto some sort of hope that he'll pull out of this nosedive !

lol
i think we’re all rooting for him to step up. nothing would make me happier than for him to start playing the way we have seen him play from time to time. he’s just very talented and it makes you mad as hell when it seems like he’s wasting it.
I'll admit I'm a Ginn Hater
What has turned into a hater was my hope and confidence that he would turn into a playmaker. Last season he did fine, and I was on the bandwagon. After the Colts game, I was little upset, but not off the wagon. But lately I have turned the other way. I don’t know how it happened but his hands have suddenly turned to stone! Trust me I was I was just being a dick or overcritical, but he SUCKS! We need a playmaker and I wouldn’t put him on my flag football team.
I make this criticism with a heavy heart, there is nothing I want more for him to be spectacular, but there is something different about him this year is its not for the better.
