2009 Game Balls - The Half-Way Report

The 2009 season is half over (8 games played, even though it's 9 weeks in), so it's time to look at the current Game Balls standings.

I'm going to list each player who has had a game ball or sack awarded to them, in order from most to least yardage. I really don't think there is much surprise in the current standings, but we'll see how you guys react in the comments.

So, without further ado, here are the current Game Balls standings at the half way point of the 2009 season:

He's actually at -2

But, it’s because the entire defense got a 5 yard sack in Week 2. He picked up 3 yards in Week 9.

When I tallied it all up

And Porter was at -8. I thought it was pretty fitting. Now that he is benched, I am 100% convinced that the game balls know all.
