Well, I have a two day vacation, woo-hoo!!! But it would feel better if the Phins had won.

Well here's the list:

Ted Ginn Jr.
Now I know your sick of his name, but he deserves to be in here until furthern notice. He dropped a 4th down pass which should have been caught and it ended the game. We really need a #1 WR, and the Trifecta knows it. So maybe we'll draft one, or go look for one in FA. In the offseason, I think we should go after Bowe or Austin. Bowe can catch and I'm sure he wants to be on a winning team. Austin has really lite it up the past few weeks and if he continues we should get him. I know Vincent Jackson will be a FA, but I don't see him coming to Miami.

Joey Porter
I think it's time Joey shut's his mouth, untill he starts making some plays. And if he doesn't start making plays, bench him and start Wake. Joey hasn't been the same. He didn't even have a tackle against the Pats. I don't know what to blame...the "injury" or his old age.

Pass Rush
Where the heck was the pass rush??? Randy Starks and Wake were the only one's who got sacks, and that was only 2. Randy is becoming one hell of a player, I didn't expect him to do this good. Wake needs more time on the field.

That's really all I can think of. Let me know if you'd like me to add someone, and give me the reason why. Oh...and no Vontae Davis, he's a rookie and he'll make mistakes.

Ginn performed pretty well this game.

I don’t understand how he gets the doghouse for his one dropped pass on 4th down, but Bess is forgiven for his drop on 1st or 2nd down of the same drive? Didn’t Bess have two drops this game… again?

bess performed well all year in 2008.

ginn has never really performed good as a reciever except for the 08 game against the seahawks and bill. Ive said this before, it will take alot more than 2 bad games to get bess in the doghouse. Ginn has shown us over and over again why he deserves it, HE CANT MAKE THE PLAYS THAT MATTER. PERIOD. and dont tell me “what about last week” it was one game. and probably the best one he’ll have all year.

or the two before that? Or what about The Bills game this year? Ginn has had 3 pretty good games and Bess has done nothing that has been game changing. NOTHING.

Only rank number 2 in the NFL on 3rd down receptions that convert into 1st downs

I kind of consider 3rd down conversions pretty important, especially with our offense and lack of big play ability.

Yeah

I think that Bess bashers need to relax a bit. He has had a total of 3 dropped balls and one muffed fumble on a punt in the last year and half. Granted the three dropped balls and muffed punt have been in the last 3 games, but Bess has been keeping drives going for us.

To be fair

Hartline dropped a much easier catch the play before the Ginn drop. I mean come on coaches, if you know Ginn isn’t strong at going up over the middle and coming down with the ball….then stop throwing that pass to him! Recognize his strengths and find a way to get him involved that way. Me personally, I would love at some 3 receivers on one side (our three possession receivers) with Ginn single on the opposite side and see if you can’t get him open deep or on the deep outs. But I wouldn’t go deep middle again for a while, until his confidence goes up and I would try to limit Henne from throwing it high. YOu can see Ginn is fearful of being exposed across the middle.
