We left our hotel by 9:30 with a good attitude & high hopes......

It was chilly morning and about an hour later I met my very first Phinsider, NJDolphan68. We hungout with him and his Brother right up til it was time to get into the stadium. Good times, we chatted it up about Dolphins, busted his Brothers balls ( Redskins fan ), and generally just had a real nice time before the game. Thans for the beer Bro, you are now on the X-mas list !!!

But wait, about 5 minutes before we had get in the stadium,........more Phinsiders !! LanceOlink and his Brother, Joelwest. Better late than never ( Samdaman ). No matter, Lance & his Brother our coming to Florida for the Texans game. See ya there...

Now the game, nailbiter !!! What can I say, the offense,........it could do better !!! HEY !!! You see that Ohioian run, he ran right out of the doghouse !!! Way to go Teddy. Doghouse has a vacancy, D Bess,.......come on in. That Drop, I ain't made at ya, looked like a Henne fastball to me. Speaking of Henne, I met part of the Henne clan before the game. I knew something was up when one sees 7-8 Henne jerseys on a bunch 50-60 year olds. Back to Bess, I am a little mad about the fumble though,......keep your eyes on the ball next time,......please !

Here's the hero of the day ! I took this pic after the 2 TD's thinking if he does it again I'll shit myself.

As for the fans, we had no problem at all. Actually we sat around some good natured Jets fans and had a very pleasant experience. There was one moment that seemed odd. At one point when the Jets answered after Teddy's 1st score, this 20 something weighing all of a buck 40/50 came running down screaming at me,..."WE AIN'T DONE YET, WE AIN'T DONE YET !!!! " It was all good, but I thought to myself this guy is gettin really, really close to my personal space. He don't know me, calm on the outside & crazy on the inside. I just looked at him blankly, after all I didn't want to sic my Wife on him...........

Come on Honey, show'em your gameface........

WOW.........SCARRY !!!!!

That's all I got for now, tomorrow I head South. 2 weeks til the game at Lankshark Stadium. I can't wait to be surrounded by Dolfans, sunshine, and maybe,......just maybe more Phinsiders !!??

Wish I could have made it

Truck repairs came in over $1200.00 which meant I couldn’t swing the tickets or bust the RV out for the weekend. I would have loved to have been there and started the tailgaiting off the right way! Maybe next year guys!

Wish more of you guys could commit ..but there’s always next time.
I was right below you guys on the field level and my Jets crowd was pretty cool…I teased them about fat geniusaurus rex and they really had nothing- they were scared all game awaiting for the inevitable Jets collapse…and low and behold,

My brother-in-law happens to be a Red Sox fan and he got into it worse than me with the Yankee faithful.
My MArino PItt throwback is 2-0 VS the Jets….Jets fans were jealous, word to the wise: best way to deflect negative asshole Jet fans is to confuse them- Ohio’s wife was getting some heat and she walked over to the guy and gave him a hug, “awe, you need a hug” she said… That buttlicker had nothing to say- classic move!

Winnable Games

( games left..teams like Buffalo(2),Tampa Bay,Houston,Carolina,jax,Tenesse, and even a split with New England, and Beating Pittsburgh…Im not saying we have to go 9-0..i think 6-3 can do it, 7-2 would definitely, meaning a loss to New england,Pittsburgh, and possibly Carolina, if their running game is intact..

Miami is in a good position to get a playoff Wildcard, or better yet, and Repeat AFC title, better play calling is needed..with out two returns, we DONT winn, Ginn basicall bought himself time, with those returns yesterday, although Bess is in the dog house now…Wildcat- use it less..Henne is good working with a rhythm..Needs to find recievers more often, or implicate the screen pass more, roniie and ricky are great catching the ball, they can average7-8 yards each screen pass..Fasano, finally looks like he is ready to make big plays again…

Now the defense….had some great plays, but need to have more, jt, is reborn..plain and simple..why the heck, sparano is taking out him and porter on some third down plays i have no idea?

why is wake not in there?…cb’s and fs have to be more agressive, i could tell in the fourth, the jets had no plans to throw the ball directly at braylon, the KNEW the would get a flag on pass interference and got it..sean smith is playing well, vontae davis also…what a hit he had yesterday…my good ness!!!!!!!!!

i love carpenter..makes those 48 yarders look so easy….

basicall, i think this team is better than last year…that schedule is so ridiculous, but to come out of it 3-4 is not so bad, now they have to grind, and beat the teams that they are better than…

gauranteed wins – tb-buff-buff-jax-tenn-ne(one at least)= 6(if pitt already has a playioff spot, they may rest starters…who knows?- and i think they can beat Carolina…

I love my fish, , i want them to beat a team handilly, so i dont have to sweat in the 4th…

Great meeting up with Ohio & NJ

My brother, lancelotlink, and I really enjoyed meeting up with the Ohio’s and NJ. Wish we could have gotten over sooner, and hung out more. Maybe in Miami at the Houston game?

I do have to say that the NJ fans were shockingly civilized and polite. After our experiences in Cleveland and Chicago, and our experiences with obnoxious, screeching Jet fans in Miami, lancelink and I were expecting the worst.

Poor lance’s plane took of 2.5 hours late, and he had to get up early for his rounds at the hospital, but the victory gave him a warm glow. Are you listening to WFAN today? I am so loving hearing those whiny losers, “We outplayed them and we lost anyway. Boo-hoo-hoo.” Ha-ha-HA!

Geez I'm tired...

…finally got to bed at 1:15 am, and then I was up at 6 a.m. to get to the hospital on time before a full day at work. Somehow made it through the workday, though, telling everyone at work about the game. It would have been nice to get there earlier for a real tailgate, but the Houston game should be a better opportunity since we’ll be down there before gameday, enjoying some home-cooking at Mom’s house.

I have to concur with everyone on the site that the Jets’ fans were really okay. Joel West and I were also in the upper deck, surrounded by Curtis Martin and Mark Sanchez jerseys. Everyone was very cool. We got some good-natured razzing, but no one gave us a hard time or got in our faces. It looks like the Jets export all their douchebag fans to Miami for the away games.

Yeah, I’m tired…..but I’d do it all again in a minute!

Go Dolphins.
