Fins vs. Bullies: It's Getting Personal?

I'll make this short and sweet. In the 40 or so years I've listened to or watched the NFL, I've never recalled anything close to the bullying BS from certain Jets players against the Dolphins or anyone else. Remember that "Super Bowl" talk vs. the Pats? Never once did they pick on Tom Brady. But nooooo! These Ray Lewis wannabes want to put Chad Henne in the hospital? I doubt if even a former thug like Ray Lewis would ever stoop this low! I'll never forget the animosity of the Raiders players for the Steelers in the 70s, but these Jets make those Raiders seem like good sports (though they weren't).

I blame Rex Ryan, who won't discourage this sort of thing, and I also blame the Jets front office, who (unlike Jeff Ireland telling Channing Crowder to cut out the BS with Ryan, and Crowder did) won't discipline their players either. Truly these folks have no class...and I've seen posts elsewhere where even Bills and Pats fans will root for the Fins because of the thuggery of the Jets. All because (unlike the Bills and Saints, who beat the Jets on defense) Miami beat on the Jets defense, and won on offense. (I guess it's okay to beat down the Jets offense, eh? But DO not show up Ryan's vaunted D!)

So, to close, are the Fins taking this game personally? Defending their honor against a bunch of bullies? Defending their insulted QB?Will they play as if their collective and individual manhood depends on it? This is how this woman sees it. This game gets more and more personal with each passing day.
