The Doghouse: White Lightning

Well....it's his time. Now that we know Ted Ginn can't produce anything, we need a playmaker now. IMHO, I believe he should start within the next few weeks.

That man's name is:

BRIAN HARTLINE

He is one of my favorite rookies on the team (next to Smith). Now that's not the reason why I think he should start. If you remeber last week, against the Saints. He had two plays that stood out to me.

Well of cousrse, the slant pass. It was just supposed to be a short slant route, but Hartline broke away from the defender and went for a huge gain of 67 yards, which led to a TD.

The other was the last play of the game. It was another slant and Hartline beat the defender but tried to spin away from another but wasn't succesful. The spin move he showed us determination. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets alot thrown his way Sunday.

I really think Hartline and Henne can become a Brady and Moss duo. They are both very young and can form a bond with each other.

Maybe next year, he will be the starter I'm hoping. Because Ginn just isn't getting the job done.

I'd like to see Hartline in alot of special teams play too. Which is why we drafted him.

And he has pretty good taste in women:

Hartline doesn’t have the speed nor jumping ablity as Moss. Most likely he will be another possision type which isn’t bad

GO HARTLINE!!!!

he would be an almost ideal #2 (lacks enough speed). He’s 6’2" which isn’t tall like turner, but isn’t too small. He runns a 4.52 ) time, so he is faster than Bess (i think Cammy too). And he runs crisp routes. As my ball coach preaches, There’s no defense for a well disciplned route (look at the best WR of all time, Jerry rice, for proof)

Good point! A guy like him can be your number one and you can still find another guy to be

the speed guy to strech the field. Irving was not the fast guy on the cowboys but he ran great routes and was physical and was there number 1 untill the day he got hurt and ended his career.

Yes better than Turner

10 time better than Turner. The ONLY reason he has not been pick up is beucause he is too expensive. If Turner was sooooo good he would be active right now. C’mon bro, Turner? He would have made team is he was better than Hartline, Bess, Camarillo, and GInn. Blaze 1 up, but not for Turner, at least over Harrison. Again he has AT LEAST this over Turner:
1) Leadership and Experience

4) Can jump in and make an impact right away
