Teddy Bear Ginn (and his family) average less than 1 Yard after catch

I was looking up receiver stats and noticed the Teddy Bear averages less than 1 Yard after catch. I didn't think that was EVEN possible for a receiver. If he is 6ft tall he should average 2 yards after catch if he justs FALLS DOWN FORWARD. He doesn't even do that!! That is a pathetic but telltale sign for a receiver!! No wonder he should be benched traded or just used as a decoy. 3 years into his NFL career and he has made 2 decent catches that I can remember. Half the time it hits him in the arm or the head and he drops it!

.9 YAC means he crumples into a ball.
That is a tad less than 3 feet, so it is almost 1/2 his body. So that makes sense that he catches and crumples in the fetal position for a .9 yard gain.

he cant turn upfield when most of the time he catches on the sideline
because he doesnt have the balls to make a play down the middle of the field.

How many YAC is he supposed to get? The only routes he ever gets to run are the short crossing routes over the middle or to the sideline. By the time he catches the ball (alright…IF he catches the ball), he’s already on the ground.
Of all the dumb stats out there, this one takes the cake. In his 2+ yrs on the Phins, as any QB EVER thrown the ball to him in stride? Why not throw him the ball on a WR screen?

our freaking fullback has 5.7 YAC. Does the QB hit Polite in stride? No. They are supposed to catch the ball and then make yardage.

YAC IS IMPORTANT STAT.
YAC is an important STAT. It shows what you do AFTER you catch the ball. Look at the rest of the Team!
