I'd give up my foot for Desean Jackson
Well not really but after watching the Monday Night Football game, I felt more and more frustrated that we utterly lack a big play guy. This guy is the definition of a deep threat and a big play guy. I'm not asking for his availability, which I'm sure is nil, but rather I am just sort of venting. I hope we make getting a guy like him a top priority this off season.

Fair enough
I mentioned that his availability is nil. I was merely venting and someone else made a much more detailed thread comparing Ted Ginn Jr. to Jackson
I agree. There are a lot of names being thrown around just because its a player someone likes.
This makes zero sense. Lets look at whos actually a FA or someone that the team has actually signaled they want to get rid of. Its a safe assumption that the rest are staying put given that if we want them (thus they are really good) then why would their team dump them.

I believe that Marvin Harrison would be a great fit for the remainder of the season
He should be healthy considering he’s been home this season. He is a very polished receiver, great route runner and would be a great, yes great mentor for both the young receiving corps, as well as Chad Henne(bringing his practice techniques with him from Indy that helped him and Peyton be such a great TD duo). This is a very short tem fix that also needs a major free agent signing during the off-season.

well, seeing as the big three don't go after anybody that's known
We can probably rule out Hines Ward or Vincent Jackson who will be FA’s after the season. It’s probably going to be someone like Steve Breaston or Arnaz Battle.
