Seeing as no one else has said it.. Im going to say it now. WTF Sparano?

Dont be pissy with me but I feel Sparano is not doing his job like he should be. Now dont get me wrong and before you all jump on my case here let me finish what I wana say then think about it for a few then respond. I am in NO WAY calling for Sparano's head on a platter or his job or anything. I believe he is a good coach and for the most part he has done GREAT here in Miami so far, however he is upsetting me on a few things and I want to see what other fans think. 

I have a few questions that I just want answered and although I know I wont get an answer from Sparano I feel maybe others opinions may help me out.

• Why are we still starting Tedd Gin? I mean he is obviously the worse receiver in the NFL. He has dropped more balls that hit him in the hands, chest, arms, stomach, and even feet (bows to the great Camarillo) then any other WR this year in the NFL. At this point T Ginn has dropped more passes this season then he has caught. He has 18 receptions for 211 yards so far on over 40 passes that went his way. That means hes dropped more then 1/2 of what has been thrown at him so far this season. This last game he only pulled in 2 out of 8 attempts for a total of 16 yards committing 2 critical drops one of which went for a pick 6 after a bobble by Ginn and a second that would have kept a drive going in the 4th. Face it coach Sparano no matter how much you will Ginn to catch the ball ie is not going too more then 1/2 the time. Sure he has speed for the deep ball, but again he is not fast off the line and needs a runway to get up to speed. Ginn also is so afraid of getting tackled that 75% of his catches, returns and runs end up with him either running out of bounds or falling to his ass to avoid a hit. NFL players do not do this!!! At least not good NFL players.. no I take that back NFL PLAYERS DO NOT DO THIS!!!  Ginn has no upside at this point other then using him on ST as a returner and with K. Sheets being picked up some say that he is not worth keeping as a returner either. Its time Sparano, its time to step up and bench Ginn seing as you failed to make a move and deal him away from Miami last week. He is not your fault, you did not draft him, and with your mindset being "The best player will play no one can be comfortable" you need to man up and sit this pathetic attempt at turning a track star into a quality receiver at the NFL level.
• C. Wake has shown some real tallent in his limited play so far. He has only seen limited play so far this season and has come up with 2.5 sacks (3 in my mind as JT really had nothing to do with the one he got 1/2 credit for) and 1 forced fumble. Now I know you have put him in from time to time but you seem to be only giving him 5 or 6 chances a game to make plays. Right now Porter is not 100%, no matter how hard Porter tries to make you believe he is, he is not. So why are we not starting Wake and subbing Porter in on a limited basis for the next few games untill Porter is back to 100%?  What do you really have to lose here?
• B. Hartline has been in on limited basis as well. Why? He seems to have a good grasp of the ins and outs of this offense. Sure I see room for improvement but he has the hands to catch the ball and even ok speed to get open and run a play for yards afer the catch. He is not like Ginn (who would have found a way to screw up the 67 yard catch and run that Hartline put up yesterday) Hartline can catch the ball and doesnt drop to his ass after catching a ball to avoid taking a hit. Hartline may not have the top gear that Ginn has but he is not slow and he is not a freaking pansy like Ginn. Hartline should be starting the rest of this season in Ginn's place.
• As much as I want to be pissed off at your choice in picking up G. Wilson I do see glimpses of a good player and I can see why you went after him.. at times. Then of course there is the other 50% of the time that he totally blows. He needs to learn how to tackle to start. He needs to be put into a room with a bunch of guys with greese on them and forsed to tackle for a few days strait or something. How do you teach someone to tackle? I dont know, but whatever it takes to teach someone to tackle.. Wilson needs to be doing. He has shown moments of quality and needs to step up and show us more. If not then Mr Sparano needs to step up and bench Wilson as well.
• A. Fasano also needs a fire lighted under his ass. I am not going to just sit here and complain about the missed catches. Yes this is an issue and needs to be adressed and I know Sparano knows this. I am not going to beat Fasano up because without him Henne has that much more of a chance for his ass to meet his face. We dont need that to happen anymore then it is happening now. We need to to happen less. We need coach Sparano to step up and get all of these receivers and TE's who are missing catches to practice extra days just on catching balls thrown their way.
• Sparano talks in his press confrences like these dropped passes are nothing important. I do not know about all of you reading this, but I want to see more attitude from Sparano when bals are dropped. I saw more fire from Sparano last season and this season it looks like he is more of a buddy buddy then a coach. I could be wrong on this as I only see what is shown to me and not what happens behind closed doors, however I want to see some yelling.. some attitude when Ginn misses 6 outa 8 catches thrown his way. Or when Bess dropps 3 catches and fumbles another one away for a TD.
• I also do nto wat to see horrible choices durring the game. 2 weeks ago I saw Sparano challange a TD from the Jets at the 1/2 yard line. It was obviously a catch.. he was in bounds.. and Sparano wasted a chllange (and coudl have lost a time out)  to challange the call on the field. It was not needed as the Jets pounded the ball in on the next play. Also the time out called with seconds left and the Saints on the 1/2 yard line was just stupid. I jumped up in my chair thinking WTF?? Now I can see where the coach was comming from here, he was worried that the Saints were going to fake it and get a TD but to give a HIGH POWERED offense the time to decide what play to use against us on the 6inch line was just a bad call.
• As much as G. Camarillo is the best receiver we have on our team I also wanted to see Sparano chew him out a bit for the lame ass attempt at getting the ball out of bounds. This is a rookie mistake and Camarillo needs to run a few lps to remind him he is not a rookie any more. Sparano shouls see to this.

Im not too sure about other fans, but the way I see Sparano acting on game day and with the media is not settling well with me lately. He does not seem to have a fire burning under his ass this season like he did last season. I want to see him yelling at players.. I want to see him upset at games like last night to the point where he looks like he is upset at mistakes and whatnot. I know allot of people have the mindset of "you catch more bees with honey" but there comes a time where you need to put your foot down (or up someones ass) to get your point accross.

Sparano you told us at the beginning of the last 2 seasons that NO ONE was a lock to make or play on this team. I believed in that mindset and in your ability to see those words through. Dont make me doubt you now. Its time to live up to the words you spoke so strongly. Its time to step up and bench a player or 2 and play the best players no matter if we end up paying someone big bucks to sit on their ass while we move on without them. Id rather be losing money while players like Ginn get paid big $$ to warm the bench then to pay them big $$ to have them cost us something more then $$ ya know.. like another close game.
