Holy Baloney!

Ok so I have gone the last 22 months not having an internet connection at home, limited time at work to blog, being laid off in the last two weeks, a phone that likes to die as I am pressing "post" and loosing what I spent 1/2 an hour on the bus pecking out with my big fat fingers, personal problems and last but not least a computer that died completely. Life has been a bit of hell and more but now after nearly two years I am finally catching up for real! In the last couple of days I have gotten a new computer and internet connection and Holy Crap did it take soooo long to catch up on here! DIB comes out and gets a 1000+ comment post and all the new people who I have barely been able to keep track of reading this thing on my tiny little phone...wow! This is just the BEST damn Blog in the Universe! I have spent so much time in the last few days just reading nearly everything on here that I was just wondering how to get back into the groove here and start posting. Thanks to everyone here for helping to keep my spirits up over the last year or so...GO DOLPHINS!!!!

There are plenty of those about. I don't understand it.

Yeah

I was NEVER a blogger till I found this site…spent a few days with the computer at work trying to find out about the draft last year and whatta know? I end up reading the site nearly every day….then…the first reply…then the first post and before long, I knew more about half the people here than I did my own coworkers…but it all worked out and now…this is like crack…cant get enough! LOL

Yeah

starts out innocent enough…but you can feel it gripping you…you know…this was the ONLY blog I could find at the time that had ANYBODY talking day to day. Also you find out pretty quick that most of the other blogs for the Phins feature only one or two guys who know anything and everybody else is at about a Kindergarten level yelling “Poo!” so I stuck around…I am NOT the most knowledgable nor the MOST passionate but I am up there….I just cant bring myself to break it down like some of the guys do here but damn if I dont love reading it when they do…

Actually…I’ve been out for 16 years and tried a bunch to get back in…but they wouldnt take me back in my MOS and so I said “piss off” but I still tried like once a year or so till just a few years ago…I need to find out if they made any changes to the GI Bill that I can take advantage of…never used all the money from mine but after 10 years your no longer eleigble so who knows…maybe back to school or something.
