Joey Galloway has been cut from the Pats. Is this someone that the Fins should go after cheap? I am not sure if he was cut because he never fit into the Pats mold or if he was just over shadowed by Welker and Moss...
Once upon a time he was a legit reciever and could be help opposite of Ginn. He is going to be cheap.... I dont think they will get Bowe or Smith....
Thoughts?

Might be some moderate benefit, although I do wonder who the team would have to cut to fit him in.

waste of space. There is nothing he can teach our WRs and he wouldn’t be on the team next year……pointless.
Let us see how our WRs do now that Henne is behind center and see who we are gonna let go at the end of the season.

i thought on one of your other post i read that the dolphins are loaded with #2 recievers galloway is not the same as when he was younger why would you bring him in he couldnt play on most the teams in the league i know you have ginn and i know how good he is and i dont know much about your other recievers but they gotta be better then him

because he sucks and giving up a roster spot to someone who has more upside makes no sense
i’m not against working him out, but we don’t need that geezer when we got the R&R Express leading the offense

He was dropped because he has been plug awful in games.
He is phenominal in practice, but in games he was dropping balls, running the wrong routes, and stood on the out of bounds line in the end zone on a TD pass (think a seasoned vet, might know that’s not allowed.
If you want a receiver that can give you a solid 33% on every play, pick him up. I can’t actually say that he has picked up enough of the Pats offense to even give you good intell. Good luck with that.

I hate the Pats but there personel dept is great and they are willing to put the guy on the street
I will assume hes got nothing left. Bill loves his older vetrans so you have to assume that he was really sucking to be cut.
