I just happen to read this article this article about a new celebrity minority owner....

Anyways, i don't really care one way or the other of who Mr. Ross gets to buy a piece of the team as long as we win games and especially beat the Jets in a couple of weeks....

It brings some fanbase back, and maybe a little less hate from the media. AndI don't see J-Lo running plays and yelling at players

These are not “Owners”, they are just commercial partners for commercial purposes. And right now they are serving their purpose well. But cmon this franchise is worth a billion dollars and this guys have 10 million bucks in or a bit more. So take it as it is

It seemed hackey at first, but when is the last time you remember seeing DWade at a Dolphins game? We’re drawing people in, with celebs all over the place you know the NFL is going to love to have that kind of exposure. I think it’ll get get more primetime spots, some monday night games, and if we keep progressing to a playoff caliber team then we’ll be the toast of ESPN

Just like The U being good is good for college football
The Dolphins being good and getting exposure is good for the NFL. Reviving the Fins/Jets and Fins/Pats rivalries to epic proportions skyrocket ratings, and ESPN would cream their pants for it.
