Ok, I love the man.... there I said it. However.......

Quick Story: I'm sitting with my mom watching the tube, when Danny comes on with a NutriSystem commercial:

Mom: "Geez ...Marino is getting fat, puttin' on the weight huh?.."

Me: "What the hell are you talking about?... He looks fine. He actually lost a lot of weight......"

Mom "I'm just saying....."

Me: "You put on weight when you stop playing, what do you expect? You should see some of these slobs who retire. He looks fine. TV adds a few pounds, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc "

:) Funny how I'm trained to constantly defend Dan , even when it comes to his looks...

I WILL DEFEND THIS MAN UNTIL THE DAY I DIE AND THEN SOME!

Dear Dan,

I love you today as much as I loved you when we first met.  I remember when you first showed me the special way you hold your balls. You taught me how to scramble in the pocket and avoid the unwanted sack from behind.  You always knew best when to pump, when to let it rip, and when to pull out.  Oh the memories we shared.

Regretfully, I need to tell you that there is another in my life.  Recently, I have become fond of a young man who reminds me so much of you. I am afraid that I have already fallen for him and our time may have already passed us by. You will always be my first and all others I ,can not help but, compare to you. That is the burden I shall forever carry with me. 

His name is unimportant , and unknown even to opposing coaches, yet he is admired by all who see him play with the other men.  Never forget the time we shared, for I will always love you.

P.S. I'm coming by to pick up my shit and don't even think about keeping my Journey CD's...and the swatch watch wall clock is mine too.
