The Big Tuna Carl Peterson and Ireland?

Ok guy's I know I have been MIA for a while but I am back I went too the game on Sunday with Rzayo24. and all I have too say is I had a lot of fun the crowd was great!!! and the Fish gave there all we, just ran into a very bad match up... not much that we can do but get better and we will.... now I have been reading and hearing about Carl Peterson maybe coming too the Fish. and I know we are all worried about if he comes here? what will happen with the Big Tuna. well here are my feeling's on it.. he is Ross best friend so it's only a matter of time before he get's a job with the Fish. I am cool with as long as Bill and Jeff Ireland have full control with picking the player's and if Carl Peterson has some input fine so be it. now they are all big boys and make a lot of$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ so if they all can't get a long and understand what's the goal here is about making the Fish a lot better. here is what I read about Carl on Espn. let me know what you guys think and can they all make it work.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- If Carl Peterson plans to go straight from Kansas City to the Miami Dolphins, he isn't tipping his hand. Ending a 20-year run as president, general manager and chief executive of the Chiefs, Peterson delivered a 40-minute farewell speech on Tuesday to friends and staff. In brief remarks later with reporters, he said talk of his possibly going to work for the new ownership of the Dolphins was "pure speculation." "I don't deal in speculation, never have and never will," Peter ...

If Peterson were to join the Dolphins, he might not be involved in football personnel decisions, which are Parcells’ domain as long as he stays with the team.

Peterson could be a candidate to replace Joe Bailey, the chief executive officer of Dolphins Enterprises, which runs the team and stadium. Bailey’s job is focused on business initiatives, not football decisions.

Bailey, who was hired in January 2005, is in the final year of his contract and isn’t expected back, a source familiar with the situation said Monday.

Bailey has been unsuccessful in one of his primary duties – securing naming rights for Dolphin Stadium.

true

I don’t want him near my team. Might as well bring back Wanny and CamCam and just suck forever. The man knows nothing.

I hope he dose not come too the team but the man is best frineds with the new owner…. it’s only a matter of time… it’s hard for me too think that they are going too get rid of the Big Tuna and Jeff Ireland.. now if the big Tuna leaves. I still think that Jeff will do a great!! job let’s all hope for the best that things work. out… Wanye H he sucks any ways

Carls only role is and should be to sell tickets. If they are smart in that beloved organization we call the Dolphins it should be to keep football and business to the recpective experts. Carl can come in to help sell jerseys, tickets and keep our face in the public and maybe get the team better game time instead of an early game every week. If we do well next year, then maybe we can squeeze a Monday nighter with New England and maybe a Sunday nighter with the Brets, I mean jets. That would boost sales and give an extra surge to have more fans. I think alot of people want to see us do it again next year. Bill, Jeff and Tony are a perfect tri-fecta. As long as they get the winds, Carl can fill the seats. But as i said on another post, if they try to have Carl involved in any shape, form or fashion even if it means he hires his own towel boys then I say, “FUCK THAT FUCKING FUCK!”

HELL YEAH

The stadium isn’t bad, but he can run team operations not involved with football players. maybe they can use more concession stands. I will say one thing, if he can make those damn seats about 4-6 inches wider, he will have my vote for president of the year.

He can help with the stadium

maybe he will have some good ideas….. i know the food really sucks I hope that he can help in that area… he can do anything just not help with the players and the picks etc… free agents… maybe if he want’s too say too the big Tuna.. i like your pick just help him say yes Bill things like that.
