Brandon London revealed that the Dolphins recently tendered him a new contract.
He was an exclusive rights free agent, so he couldn't have gone anywhere anyways. He'll make $385,000 in 2009 and be eligible for restricted free agency in 2010. Miami now has five WRs under contract; London, Greg Camarillo, Ted Ginn Jr., Davone Bess, and Ernest Wilford. Wilford will likely be cut shortly.

We'll probably carry Wilford on the roster
up until July 1st, when we can split his cap hit in half over the next 2 seasons instead of taking it all at once. I do agree that he will be gone though.

I think we can take acap hit by cutting him
"How can I blame you
When it's me I can't forgive?"

wilford
maybe wilford will be willing to take a pay cut and dedicate himself to getting on the field…. ther’s not many teams that will be willing to pay him… he’ll probably see the veteran minimum somewhere else… DETROIT , Darn not many teams to list…
AS a DOLFAN I still would like to see Wilford profress. Possibility the system just doesn’t fit his style of play…
