Hindsight is 20/20

Not much to add this New Years Eve, but I was thinking today - isn't it somewhat ironic that two of our biggest and most-criticized off-season moves have landed us in the playoffs and the other teams/players are watching?

I'm talking about two of the most beloved Phins of recent times - Zach Thomas and Jason Taylor.  As much as I love what those players contributed to Miami over the years, Bill Parcells looks like a freakin' genius now in those moves, doesn't he?

Both Dallas and Washington are inexplicably done for the season, while Miami has a divisional championship and at least one home playoff game to show for it...

Thank you Mr. Parcells!

Yeah...

Posted a comment on another blog about this. Its so ironic that JT wants to leave for a contender, not sure if ZT did but I know it was a mutual departure so I would assume… And they are out of the playoffs and we are in.

I’d love to see them here for it though, too bad they couldn’t be here.

JT didn't wanna play for a rebuilding team

little did he know that we would be the playoff contender while his new squad sits at the bottom of their division HAHAHAH.

Zach wanted to be here, but was told he wasn’t in the plans, and asked for his release instead of being traded. No ill will towards Zach, I look forward to the day he’s inducted into the ROH.

I really hope...

Zach signs a one day contract just to retire a Dolphins, would seem very fitting.

I think in the end

both of them will be allowed to retire Dolphins
