Happened to catch this interview... talks about how he's learned the playbook on the fly via pratice scripts, and really needed the bye week to get settled into Miami because he hasnt had any time to breathe. Also, says the team refers to Bill as the "Godfather" and he is around alot. Talks a little bit about the wildcat success...it's worth listening to.

That was a good listen. Really impressed with what they were saying about our O line. Especially from Jaworski, who I think is pretty spot on when it comes to true “football smarts”.
Pennington is a vet, thats for sure. You kind of forget that he really hasn’t been here very long and I can see why he is looking forward to the bye week.
