I am starting to get the feeling that the new crew looks at all talent (whats left) negative unless they brought them in...SUCH MAY BE THE CASE WITH BECK....feel like he maybe getting a bad rap vs. Henne just because they did not draft him.....IS IT just ME!
Seems like Beck has been fighting an up hill battle since the new regime....Yes I like Beck..BUT I am in favor of the very best for the job.....I feel all things being equal....the benefit of the doubt would go to Henne simply because it was their pick!
Anybody feel the same?

There could be some of that going on...
...but I would think that this staff would play the best QB, regardless of who drafted him or brought him in to Miami.

the best performance will definitely get the nod from bill and staff
They didn’t pick Beck but the fact that he’s still on this team and competing for the starting job shows they are giving him a shot. None of the qb’s have looked good yet, so i don’t think he’s getting a raw deal (yet). I just hope he can turn it on and win this job – he deserves it after dealing with camcam and the gong show last year. And I really hope I don’t see any Pennington to Miami posts after he is cut from NY.

yup, you just hear BP plays favorites??? wow, where have you been for say the last 25 years….
anyways, BP plays favorites. i’m not saying a player they didn’t bring in can’t work themselves onto the ‘in’ list…
say a rickey williams seems to have, but you won’t be around long if you aren’t doing the things they expect you to do…. hence the specualtion that Beck will be gone soon.

Well that is true
Well thats one thing i dont like tho,Cuz if your not a bill parcells type of player your not gonna last on this team trust me….Thats why half of the players on this team is new,Cuz there all bill type of players….Or another reason is cuz you dont fill the bill style,Loke at lorenzo,I just cant stop talken about that…I fell he should of been are return guy and ginn can focus on being the number one recvier,But he ant last cuz hes not big and strong…Well i understand that their gonna turn the team around but its gonna be their way,So i cant complain cuz i now 2 years down the line were gonna be playoff contenders…................

Make no mistake about it...
Henne is BP’s guy.
The plan is obviously for Henne to be the guy, to play, and succeed. If the plan goes awry and Henne fails or someone else does incredibly well, then BP, being the clever guy, will take it.
So if Beck plays lights out, then BP is flexible enough to fit him in the plan. However, if Beck is so-so or average, then don’t think for a second that BP will cut him a lot of slack.
