Pats release John Lynch and Chad Jackson
What do ya think?
Dont know a whole lot about CJ and I haven't seen too much of John Lynch to see if at his age he would be an upgrade to J Allen and co. Thought I would throw it out there to see what every one else thinks.

Lynch
Besides bringing veteran leadership, not sure how effective he would be for us and at what cost? In his day, a great player.

chad jackson > hagan ?
I dunno. He was a pretty high draft pick and has the physical stuff. He scored some TD’s in the last few preseason games too. I think he’s a risk, but no more than Hagan. That guy has rock hands.

Pats sign Deltha O'Neal off waivers
The New England Patriots signed two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Deltha O’Neal on Monday.

Why didn’t we pick him up off waivers? A Pro Bowl would have been a huge upgrade to our pass defense.

his two pro bowls
were ages ago, he’s just another old guy the pats are plugging into an old defense.

Like Jackson coming outta college
but he couldn’t break into the lineup when guys like Bug-Eye Caldwell and 45yr old Troy Brown were getting serious PT. Belichick and Co. know talent, and if they released CJ without even playing him significant regular season time, then he’s probably not any good.
