**UPDATE** Some notes for tonight's game. Ronnie Brown doesn't appear to be wearing a cast at all. Joey Porter and Joey Thomas both did not make the trip to New Orleans. [end update]
Let me start off by saying that you still have one more day to get involved in our Ted Ginn community projection, which you can take part in by clicking here.
As far as this game goes, let's just hope for continued improvement on both sides of the ball. But more importantly, let's hope for no injuries on either team.
One thing I am wondering about that I haven't touched on this week is if either John Beck or Josh McCown will get some playing time - and actually get to throw a few passes. This staff now has less than 48 hours to decide who makes the 53-man roster and you have to figure that one of their key decisions will be what to do with both Beck and McCown.

if anthony armstrong does something.. I mean he does run a 4.2 40.. he got hit hard in the chiefs game & was back out on ST coverage..
i’ll be looking at alot of players.. maybe wilford will have a catch..
im honestly loving the new defense, & the whole team has really been playing with a passion that I havent seen in a few years, probably back when Ricky came back & we won like 6 in a row..
i think we are gonna be solid on D for years..

I gotta see how he does today, all the press has jumped on the Ricky Band Wagon and rightfully so but I still think Ronnie is the starter and he has had just limited action this pre-season and though his stats have looked well….awefull he has had fine runs and his runs that resulteed in losses were because of poor blocking, not him. This game will be big for him and I can’t wait to see him prove everyone wrong.

I love
the type of back Ronnie is. I’ve always loved his style. He is so versatile and a great runner. The most impressive thing is how he becomes more dominant as the game progresses. He is my favorite player now that Zach is gone
