I love it
No pussy footing around like Wanstache used to do. Hold these guys accountable for their own actions. The statement “No Excuses” basically tells us his whole personality. Coach Sparano is a no nonsense, straight up, no Bullshit kind of coach. Either put up or shut up. The exact kind of coach we need.
