Ricky or Ronnie

If Ricky Williams is back in rare form (The awesome beast of a running back he was in his 1800+ season) which he appears to be who would you start Sept 7 against the Jets and who would you want as the 3rd Down back. Ricky or Ronnie?

Its a hard decision for me because I think hands down Ricky in his zone is a way better running back than Ronnie. But demoting Ronnie back to 3rd down back would be a slap in the face.

Ricky

After a 1-15 season, its time to put feelings aside. Put in the winner.

I’ve always had faith in Ricky Williams and I think he deserves a chance to prove he’s still the monster running back he was. Based on what I’m seeing in pre-season, Ricky is the way to go.

Ricky

hes just better when all things are equal health wise.

this is a great problem because attheir peak they can be both top 10 backs

SO true

and Ricky will need a breather at some point and in comes Ronnie, who could start for most teams, in relief.

Now thats a great problem indeed.

agreed give ronnie all the time he needs

overall tho i’d say split em up, “Mack & Byner” style less wear & tear on both of em, + i wouldn’t wanna face that lol….who cares about rushing champions? a SB is the objective… 1a. and 1b. as someone posted in an earlier thread.

Ricky or Ronnie.......

Yes…….both of them. Two barrels are better than one in a gunfight. Load them up and fire away! It would suck being a Defensive player….you get smashed by Ricky for awhile, then burned and possibly smashed by Ronnie. Asking me this question is like saying to a pheasant….."So, how do you want to die, from barrel (a), or barrel (b).
